We turned up early and was upgraded for free, wonderful funstars and everyone on the park. Funstars work hard and fast, entertainment all day and night, things was too much trouble for them. Caravan was clean and tidy just how I like it bleach used in the bathroom and kitchen sink. I can't find a thing wrong with anything or anyone.

Just got back from our weekend away and had a fab time...Haven't been to this park for over 12 years and it was the first time taking my children. All 3 had an amazing holiday. Reception ladies were lovely and made sure our caravan was near my parents caravan. Also very helpful after my youngest lost his blanket. Sadly this wasn't found but Mina was more than helpful in taking details incase it turned up. (If anyone sees a blue fluffy blanket with animals on from Asda. Please do inbox ) we look forward to coming back again. Thank you xx

Just got back from a 4 nights stay at seashore holiday park with my sister in law my partner and our two children aged 4 and 6. It was our first holiday together and it was amazing! I can’t thank all your staff enough! Kids entertainment was amazing my kids loved every minute staying with haven! They activities in the swimming pool was excellent my daughter isn’t very confident in the water but by time she left she was able to go under water ect by herself. A big thankyou to Mitchell who did the pool party on Tuesday and the other young boy who was working with him they both came to see if my daughter was okay after hurting her leg on the inflatable and made her feel comfortable getting back into the water! Our caravan was beautiful and there wasn’t any problems except our shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain however within 15 mins this was sorted out! We all didn’t wanna go home this morning however next week il be on the phone booking our next holiday for next year! Thank you very much haven see you again soon! Xxxx

I found the park perfect for my 3 kids who enjoyed all the on site activities. I personally found the park very clean and we thought the caravan was at a decent spec and enjoyed our time there. The staff were pleasant and many thanks to Maria! The food was decent and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely come back to this site!

I cannot fault the place what so ever. Stayed last weekend. Lovely clean, modern, spacious accommodation. So much to do for the children. Mash and barrel is great, love the little sandpit for children. Love how you can walk straight from there onto beach. Brilliant pool, excellent for little ones. Definitely the best haven I have been too. We will be back :)

Fantastic weekend at Seashore starting with an unexpected upgrade to a Platinum caravan. Lovely staff in all outlets and cannot fault the location, especially with the road train to the Pier etc. This is the second year we have been and we'll be back for many more

Arrived at reception a bit early and was turned away until 4pm. By a older lady and rather rude. but things happen for a reason as on our return and after a walk around the site we was greeted by a lovely lady Carli i asked if it possible to get a van as close to the ammenities as possible as i struggle to walk at times. She said she would see what she could do for us. She came back explaining she had got us a van close to everything almost on the door step with a vanander and its a upgrade which when we got in the van it was perfect. Comfy clean and totally impressed us. This was a booking thro sun holidays costing us £80 and i cant thank Carli enough. My partner n i on day 2 will deffo be returning here and 100% thanks to Carli for our first weekend away together as a new couple. Its been perfect quiet, relaxing and a nice peaceful area. #Thankscarli

We just returned from a weekend at Seashore Haven and we were so so pleased with our break! We had a wonderful caravan (more like a mobile home), we upgraded to sea view and were not disappointed!

Our 3 and 6 year old boys loved it. The kids entertainment is very good and kept our boys entertained even though they were too shy to take part. We found the cleanliness of the whole site very very good (and we’ve seen some places!) and all staff from the corner shop to the security guards were very pleasant and helpful.

There was plenty for the kids to do from playing on the beach, getting the open top bus to the pier, and crazy golf, to the lovely parks on site and the arcades. Swimming pool was completely adequate and the outdoor splash area is great.

We could easily have stayed for a week and are already looking forward to booking for a further holiday.

The caravans were really nice. We stayed in a prestige with a sea view 3 bedroom which was quite near the shop and entertainment.

My first time here but with family who stay a couple of times a year. Caravan holidays are definitely more civilised than they used to be

It is a good place if you have young children and like your schedule organised for you but older children would struggle with finding things to do

No entertainment for adults as there are always children around. Outside of school holiday time it’d be okay as a base for the local area

Would return again with family as it’s very clean and close to amenities should you need them. Beach opposite headed by dunes

User

Good haven park. Not a lot to do other than swimming, the park or some ball games but the kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Was a bit disappointed that the entrance to our caravan was surrounded by fag butts and the heating didn’t work even though we paid £30 to upgrade probably won’t be returning but that’s only because we like to go to different places every year. The entertainment team were brilliant !

First time at haven seashore, stayed at Vauxhall last year in July so thought we would try somewhere different... rented a private caravan and brought entertainment passes separately... think they are expensive for what they are but maybe if you went to the disco every night it would be worth it but we didn’t... stayed with a 7/3 yr old, firstly must say they loved the splash area outside the mash and barrel, loved the play area and the pool was fab too...guess these places are what you make of them, only thing I’d say is the changing rooms could do with someone constantly cleaning up because it gets so wet and busy that it’s hard to get dressed without getting your dry clothes wet on the benches etc and for some random reason when we went the showers were cold?! Activities you have to pay for, only participated in the ‘pool disco’ which was basically an inflatable course supposedly for over 5s who can swim unaided, very disappointed that there was definitely younger children in there and they clearly couldn’t swim as had to have life jackets on, with the activity only being 30 minutes long my 7yo was far to quick for that age group but then would have been pushed about in the older group so couldn’t win but she enjoyed it so that’s all that matters... short walk to the beach ideal for little ones... onsite shop extortionate as expected... arcade ok, ticket based prizes could buy in the pound shop for much less...expected lol.... Burger King/ papa johns on site well expensive.... expected lol .... entertainment ... bingo for half hour or so at 5:30 approx... ques for table from

4:30 onwards outside then kids pushing past to reserve tables before adults can get in the doors never seen anything like it in my life ... hence only visiting twice... bingo winnings ... wow full house was over £450 this evening but only play 4 games in a whole book 2* lines and a 2 lines and then a house.... why not spread the prize money a bit more and have more winners?.... the entertainment crew have been absolutely amazing with the kids and i cannot stress that enough, it’s made our holiday... my 3 year old took to Raife especially he is absolutely amazing with the kids where on earth he gets his enthusiasm and energy from is beyond me because these guys all work some long hours! I can’t thank you enough guys, my two are normally shy but taking part in the musikidz was fantastic and I’d highly recommend it to anyone... if your like us and like to get out and about some good places 30 minutes away... pets corner and Nicholas Everett’s park in Lowestoft and Gorleston-on-Sea for crab finishing from the docks and a amazing beach and finally horsey gap, hemsby for spotting seals and a lovely beach! Looking forward to trying more parks!

First caravan holiday as a foursome. Myself, my wife, 3 year old daughter and 12 week daughter. We were very lucky with the weather so not sure how we would have been of weather was poor. However, everything about the holiday was great. The accommodation was fresh, modern and tidy. The staff were all lovely. The food at the Mash and Barrell was really good and not over-priced. The entertainment in the evening was classic caravan holiday entertainment so was perfect. We liked it so much we are trying to work out how soon we can go back. As a bloke who likes a beer, my only suggestion would be to have better beers on tap!

Normally stay at Caister which we like so thought we would try Seashore. Stayed in a Prestige Caravan which was lovely however the site is spread out and looks like homes are put in any space available so looks very cramped. We were near the Mash and Barrel/pool....although I'm not sure why these were put in the same building as u have to walk through the restaraunt to get into the pool which isn't very nice for people eating breakfast/lunch. The rest of the facilities are another 5 min walk or so at the other end of the site. If your in the live lounge the toilets are at the back of the arcades so u have to walk right round the other side (which is always fun when your over 7 months pregnant and with a 4 year old who wants to go every half hour). I never see the shop in the live lounge ever open before 8pm ( we used to leave when the bingo started) so we never got to purchase a picture of our child with one of the seaside gang.

Also the menu at Mash and Barrel looks like it has changed since last year and didn't feel there was much choice of food. Unless u want pasta, steak or a burger. And is quite over priced.

Was hoping to put my child into swimming lessons which when I called up the week before to book was told I can only arrange these when we arrive to book in. After booking in was told we need to go to the pool and book these. The girl on the desk there didn't seem to know why swimming lessons were not showing up in the screen and then said it may be because it's out of season. Why we wasn't told this from the start I don't know. So my 4 year old was quite disappointed from the start.

Overall the site is ok if u don't mind walking back and forth from one area to another. We will stick with Caister in future as it is set out alot better.

Don't recommend if bringing children under 8 when it's the end of April. Big fat nothing to do with them on site.

Can't rely on the land train into the town as its not always running and if it is meant to be it'll be late starting. Cost us £14 both ways for 2 adults a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Parking is only £8 for the day.

All the activities on site are for ages 8+ during the day. The only thing toddler friendly is the pool, breakfast activity thing and a party thing at 6ish. April is far too cold for the play areas.

Caravan was nice and when our fire didn't work was fixed really quickly. But don't recommend for April at all. Wait until summer is in full swing.

Staying for a week with a 3 year old accommodation is very good how ever there's not much to do for his age group the weather's not great so the few outside play areas you can't use for more than 5 minutes and there's not a lot to keep you entertained inside for very long and not enough space on the activities spending a lot of time inside the caravan.

The activities we have done have been very very poor for example the make a mess was only cutting of paper and drawing and the staff didn't give any guidance.

Also the greedy tin pot band lasted all of 10 - 12 minutes.

Don't bother coming if the weather does look good and the prices for drinks in the live lounge bar are very expensive - bottle of cider, alco pop and fruit shoot cost £10.80

There is a very small indoor play area in the mash and barrel next to the pool

All in all

Accommodation - very good 5 out of 5

Facilities and entertainment - poor 1 out of 5

Wouldn't recommend this park to any unless the the children are over 5 - 6

still here on day 4 of 5...

was informed a lot of the electrics go if more than one appliance is used at once...made breakfast loads of fun, never had issues before but apparently a common problem? come to caravan parks yearly?

check in, well that was fun freezing outside waiting to be checked in because not enough staff to cope with demand and nowhere to park when arrived early so had to wait til there was by then a huge queue not the best start.

gave up on the clubhouse after never getting a seat and my nephew (has autism) not coping with the 30 minute queue for the bar, it's school holidays surely you would be prepared.

so after giving up on the clubhouse and rubbish weather we thought amusements would be a good option...think again, a bowling alley that breaks every 5 minutes and no light for the pool table?

then once my 2 year old son seemed to have got rid of his cold on day 3 we thought ah we will go swimming...nope! pools closed because someone left a parcel in there, okay I thought can't be helped so asked a staff member when it will be reopened was told this morning at 9.30, got my nephew and son's hopes up walked all the way there to find the pool is closed for maintenance til 2, well we have something booked for 2 at an autism friendly trampoline park in great yarmouth so not possible. we go home tomorrow, check out at 10. well done for supplying us with no free activities while on site, won't be coming again to haven, been thoroughly let down after 8 years of custom...a simple text to all on site that the swimming pool is closed, too much to ask? a staggered booking in system with appointments not possible? very poorly managed. thanks for nothing.

Just got back from a long weekend and found the whole experience a little disappointing.

1 the overall tidiest of the of site was not good.

2 we rang for extra bedding at 6.45 and then again at

9.15 and it finally arrived at 10.00

3 then some more bedding arrived on the Saturday

4 I think the site is not as nice as others we have

Stayed at

5 above all we were warned about a few ants maybe

Present but the caravan was infested with them. We

were extra careful with cleaning up after ourselves

with food stuffs etc but we were finding them in our

beds and bedding. We even found them in wardrobes and our clothes when we returned home today. Safe to say we will not be using this site again and the disappointment this has caused has lead to us choose to look at other site providers.
