Haven Veterinary Practice

Although this vet is okay and you get top mark for treating my cat you really do need think of your prices Haven Clacton you are far too expensive for that you get one star we all not muti millionaires and you really should think of your cutomers for those on low incomes. I hate the fact that you dont. and your flea treatments are now really over priced. and I not going think how much you charging for injection now who ever regulate your prices you should be ashamed of yourself riping off your customers and thinking of profits and not welfare of the animals. I dont mind paying max of £20 for treatment but nearly £30.00 for 3 piplett stronghold come on this cant be right. and you really need stop this unaffordable hike everytime not fair on people who uses your services.

Our nearest veterinary surgery. 1/2 dozen parking spaces outside building. Staff are polite. Vets considerate & knowledgeable.

First rate veterinary surgeons and staff. Helpful and professional. However charged me £102 for capsules for my dog when I looked them up on line they were £54.95 for exactly same dosage and quantity.

Excellent and caring staff. Both our cats have been cared for by Haven. Also took a stray cat ro them that had been run over. His broken leg was pinned and he made a full recovery and Haven found him a new home.

Our Dog's have always received the highest level of care and the Vet's and staff have shown us such compassion when we have lost our pet's .

I have been with this vets for years with both my dog's.i have always had excellent service.mr Smith performed an operation on my lab/chow called Barney.and it was a great success he went on to have another 5yrs running full speed!!!.Sadly in January Barney was ill i took him to haven vets and saw Portia she run all the tests she could leaving nothing uncovered but i had to have Barney put to sleep.Portia and a junior nurse stayed when the practice was shut and did not rush us at all.they were so compassionate to us.and i will always be grateful.thank you.

The practice provides an excellent level of service; we have always found Neil and the rest of the team extremely approachable, friendly and caring. Neil has always demonstrated great compassion, as well as in-depth knowledge; he is able to connect with our pets and make them feel relaxed in what can be a very stressful environment. We have always felt very confident that we were getting the best possible advice and care for all of our pets at the Haven Vets practice.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to offer feedback on Haven Veteriary Practice. Haven have taken care of my dog Barney's health since 2009 when he was just 10 weeks old. Over those 8 years he has received exemplary care and attention which, comically, has resulted in him rushing up the path to the door whenever we pass the surgery, much to the amusement of passers-by. That has to reflect very positively on the staff of Haven. I have no hesitation in giving Haven 5 stars for the service they provide.
