What an amazing time we have had. This was mine and my daughters 1st visit to Weymouth and we loved it. All the staff have been ever so friendly and the entertainment was brilliant. We were very impressed with the caravan it was clean and not to far from the shop etc. The kids enjoyed the pool I especially enjoyed the outside pool (even if it was open only 1 day during our 5 day visit) I felt like I was on holiday abroad a very memorable holiday and I can’t wait to come back again soon

Well it’s our final day today, all packed up and ready to go and we are gutted to say the least. We’ve had the best time possible, everyone here is so welcome and the fun stars this year have been amazing, my son has loved each and every one of them in their own way! Thank you for making our stay as good as it was, Archie will miss it! As will we all xx

We returned home on Friday from a 4 night stay at Weymouth bay. Was upgraded to platinum with decking. The caravan was AMAZING! Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, tv and hair dryer in main bedroom, dishwasher, blue tooth speaker so music could be played in every room. There was lots to do on the haven site my daughter was never bored even my 7 month old loved it! Evening entertainment was brilliant, great for young children. My daughter got called up on stage to play a game and over our 4 night stay she won lots of prizes. The fun stars are brilliant at what they do and Zoe is great with the kids. The indoor swimming pool was supposed to be heated but was a little cold when we went in. Overall we had a great holiday and didn’t want to come home. Deffo staying again!

We are back for a short break for the third time in three years. Each time the accommodation has been excellent and this time we have been upgraded from prestige to platinum with decking. The caravan is high spec.and has a dishwasher. There are also 2 showers/ toilets and towels are provided. The small decking area is pleasant to sit in. When we couldn't sort out the heating security came quickly and found the problem. The meals in the restaurant were mostly excellent. When I spoke to a manager about a problem, we were listened to us and we were offered a free dessert or drink. All of the staff so far have been polite and helpful. The entertainment is our only disappointment as it is generally aimed at young children.

Spent 10 days at Weymouth bay with the family and loved every minute of it. The Fun Stars team we’re amazing and all of the staff throughout the site were equally fantastic. Big shout out to Callum the lifeguard for looking after our son Alexander during the power paddlers session

Not long come home from spending 2 weeks at the resort. Absolutely loved it and the children's entertainment was spot on for the kids. My girl's loved Zoe and couldn't wait to dance with her every night especially my youngest who was pretty much her sidekick for the duration of the holiday. Jordan was very funny again girls loved him. Park was very clean as always. All staff were fab. Only downside was up on arrival we witnessed some fool kicking off with reception over his caravan. Carol apologised and gave us a free upgrade and in the restraunt we found a big chunk of plastic in our food. They quickly refunded us and offered us something else but we were happy just to have the refund. Whilst on our stay we booked to come back again for halloween. Girl's are looking forward to coming back to see the funstars!!

Made a last min booking over the phone after arriving at a very disappointing campsite, earlier in the day, the lady over the phone was excellent and efficient and it only cost us £25 for two nights for and electric hook up tent pitch, the staff on arrival were excellent particularly the lady in the touring arrival and check in, she was fully prepared with our tent labels and arrival pack, so we didn’t have to wait around, the site itself is clean pleasant and as I said the staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble, from the staff in the bar to the children’s entertainment which was a bit young for my kids who are 15 11 and 9, the children’s entertainers still made a point of involving them, we all had a goodtime at the disco, also considering it was off peak the facilities were all excellent, showers and toilets are spotless and the park is well maintained, the Scottish lady in the shop was friendly and courteous as the shop is well stocked at reasonable prices, obviously as you would expect the bar prices and food are a little expensive, but it was really good pub grub and the portions were generous, the swimming pool was a little small but it was fine for my kids they enjoyed it, also you can use all the facilities at the campsite next door which we didn’t have time to go to but we heard off other customers was good as well, all in all a very pleasant 2day break very enjoyable and we will definitely return thanks haven

Lovely park and lovely surroundings. The children’s entertainment is great too.

We just had a wonderful little family break at weymouth bay but what we found shocking is that there is no recycling bins around the site and all the rubbish seems to just go off as general waste

Just for back from an amazing weeks holiday at Weymouth bay, we didn't want to come home and my 4 year old cries as we left as she had such an amazing time.

The funstars were all brilliant especially Zoe, laura and Jordan.Zoe was a firm favourite with both my 4 year old and 11 month old. The children's entertainment was fantastic and the shows were different every night. I can't comment on the adult entertainment as we left by 9pm every night to get the kids to bed.

All the entertainment ran despite their sometimes being low attendance e.g. my daughter was the only one who turned up for the mini fencing but the leader ( 99% sure his name was chad) was amazing with her and so enthusiastic that she had a ball.

Our accommodation was spotless when we moved in, we had a couple of minor maintenance issues but the maintenance team arrived within ten minutes of calling them so can't complain at the service. My only very slight criticism was that the fire alarm went off on the last evening but you could barely hear it over the funstars show so I feel for safety reasons they need a louder alarm but apart from that it was brilliant from start to finish ,thanks haven

Just back from 5 days at this site. It's spotless, run very professionally. Loads to do. The Caravan was superb! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean. The 2 parks were well thought out and spotless! The lazy river is amazing and at almost 40 I had so much fun in it hahahaha.

People were complaining about no loo roll but its self catering so not sure what they expected! Come prepared! I will definitely be back.

It was a memorable holiday with my family. My daughter did lots of activities like swimming, target shooting, seaside squad, ranger bug hunting, dancing/disco and so on. She loved it and didn't want to go back home, we enjoyed eating different meals like steak pie with mash/veg, big burger and so on at their restaurant and we also had plenty of sleep and watched movies at the luxury caravan. It was a fantastic holiday to remember and would surely go there again and again. Thanx to Haven holiday planners

Amazing site, amazing weekend, Zoe and jordan the team stars are just fab! And the security guards Adam and mike are so lovely! The bar staff were very hard working and everybody works with a smile! It’s a lovely place and so welcoming! Well worth the money, it’s a lovely and clean site and haven are still constantly improving it! If you want an amazing holiday Weymouth bay is the one!

We spent mon-fri in a prestige caravan few thing not happy with fact we were between 2 massive trees it was 23* outside freezing inside due to shade !! The fridge water dispenser leaked a duck pond onto the floor epic fail... we had no towels like we were meant to and no frying pan either couldnt turn central heating off so slept with all windows open in whole caravan. This was our 4th time at weymouth bay , we bought our food for week in morrisons it was good job too if u like pizza every day perfect or want to spend £10- £18 per meal per person in resturant on site ??? There is a lush chippy up the rd turn right out the site !!! Funstars were fab , jordan reminded me of my sons teacher !!!! Lol security staff handsome !!! All other staff are brilliant too ... we will come back maybe one more time

We have just finished a midweek family holiday at Weymouth Bay and overall it was great. Very child friendly and enough to keep them entertained during the days/evenings.

The swimming was good, the outside lazy river was a bit cold for this time of year, you certainly wouldn't be able to stay in there long. I do think that it is expensive for each of the swimming activities. This should be cheaper.

The restaurant and live lounge was clean, tidy and up to high standards. The food quality was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The live lounge entertainment was brilliant for the children, and the children LOVED the funstars go live show. The evening entertainment for the adults later was ok but a bit repetitive over the 4 nights. Would of been nice to have more guest entertainers, bigger productions and something a bit more different every night. The food selection in the live lounge was limited to Papa John's, which can get pricy, especially for families on a budget. Would perhaps benefit from a hotdog/burger stand or something. Also need to get to the live lounge when it opens to get a table. We were a party of 13 and it proved difficult to get a table when arriving later.

We used the go kart hire which was good fun and of a decent price. However, there were only 2 people working at the activity area. There was one man on the archery who couldn't take his eyes off of it, and the other who was running a bicycle riding session. We had already waited 15 minutes for a family kart to come back, We were then told to wait a further 10 minutes until the sessions were over. They could definetly benefit from another person working there to solely run the kart hire service.

Finally, the caravans were decorated to a very high standard, comfortable and spacious. Our caravan easily slept 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the whole caravan was warm. When turning the central heating on it heated up the caravan quickly. The shower was big and the shower itself was powerful. The kitchen was great, and had a good supply of cooking utensils, apart from a sharp knife!!

Overall everyone on the site was friendly and kind and nothing was too much. We had a great holiday and would definetly consider returning to this site in the future.

:)

I can't fault the holiday park for entertainment, customer service and cleanliness but we did have a few obstacles to overcome using our toddler's wheelchair and walker. There are no dropped kerbs in areas to get across safely from the park towards Glades caravans. No electric doors for disabled independence. No disabled changing table in the swimming area or in the disabled toilet. I do want to give a big shout out to the entertainment staff, especially Zoe. You made it very special for our little girl who struggles daily with a progressive muscle wasting disease. Thank you.

I am currently on day 3 of my holiday with my family.

I’d say overall we are having a wonderful time and Shannon in the cafe/bar has made our stay so good so far (she stood and spoke to my family about my children with autism when one of them had a massive melt down. She was so kind and compassionate. There needs to be more people like her in the world)

I am a little bit upset about 2 things in particular that have upset myself and our party (of 9)

1- we booked together, paid together, all in the same name, same credit card, at the same time... we have been placed at completely separate sides of the campsite. Which makes things a bit difficult.

2- nobody pre-warns you about the (very beautiful)church right next door... the bells go for hours on church days and practise days... and then every 15mins all day and night (early hours included) I wouldn’t mind so much but no one informs you of this and my children struggle to sleep as it is. When asked about it at reception their response was ‘did anyone inform us that your children had autism?’ But it begs the question... would anything have been done about it if it isn’t even being attempted now?

A lovely park to stay at, means a lot to my family because it’s our get away in memory of my beloved long lost nan. I would have rewarded them 5 stars again however I am appalled by the rudeness of staff in papa johns and disrespect. They served one of our vegan family members real meat sausages on their pizza, made us wait longer than an hour after saying it will be done in 20 mins because they “forgot our order”. They also wouldn’t lower down an overpriced order, just as serving our drinks half filled and spoke to my sibling as if she just spat in their face. Absolutely ridiculous, a lovely family holiday park ruined by a selection of irresponsible and obnoxious staff; serving a huge successful holiday park.

User

we have been too few but this time was not the best. they were running out food, beer toilet roll and keyring and magnets for photos that just a few. they knew it was half term and bank holiday. yes was weather was bad so might make it busier than last year. but come on running out beer twice really.
