Hi, I am Amanda,
l help with a wide range of Emotional Traumas, and Chronic Pain. Often finding there is a link between the mind and body, The brain is amazing, storing so much info, unfortunately we don't always want to keep some of those memories, fears and phobias. That is where l help, l don't remove memories, l just along with you, help you to lessen or remove the emotional connection, enabling you to talk or remember the memory without the emotional response, whether it tears, anger or pain. I help people with a wide range of life experiences from as far back as childhood.
Traumas such as PSTD, childhood / life traumas, bullying, victim of a crime, phobias, relationship issues, physical / psychological abuse or even guilt, grief and anger.
