The Professional Graduate Certificate in Education is for graduates who want a nationally recognised qualification in order to teach in further education and the broader post-compulsory sector (PcET). Here at Havering College, we have been running this course successfully for decades. Don't just take our word for it, watch this video to see what our students have to say. As part of their commitment to Career Colleges, L&Q donated a £250 Voucher as a prize to be presented to an outstanding Construction Career College learner.
The recipient was Samuel Sambu, nominated by teaching staff for his dedication to improving his technical construction skills. This year, Samuel has completed a week long work placement at an architects practise in Brighton, received a Jack Petchey Award and worked with a local charity to improve their surroundings, utilising his hands-on construction, project management and entrepreneurial skills. Samuel has studied hard and improved his knowledge and confidence significantly this year while undertaking his Level 3 Construction and The Built Environment Course.
