Hawk Cycles Coventry

Went here a few weeks ago to get an inner tube fitted. Firstly they charge £7.50 instead of £10 (which halfords quoted me) (brought a innertube with me). Secondly the service guys know what they are doing, unlike my experience with Halfords.
So in summary i got service with a smile, cheaper and better service than Halfords.

Friendly staff, professional services, gets the job done quickly with unbeatable prices! Will definitely come back again!

Very good service. He did work to replace my bike to electric bike, it did not work out because of a problem in my bike. He did it for free because the work was not performed. He talked for a long time with the supplier and in the end advised me not to risk. A great respect for the service. Recommended AAA ++++++

I have recently just been to hawks to get my daughter's birthday present. Firstly we popped in a couple of weeks ago, So my daughter could have a look round to see which sort of bike she would like. The staff where extremely helpful in helping my daughter decide which type of bike would suit her best . My daughter found the bike she wanted and the staff very kindly wrote down all details for the bike so I could purchase it nearer to her birthday. And also gave the details of website so I could order it online if I chose to. I actually went back to the shop to buy it. Again the staff where great. They got the bike ready straight away and even loaded it into my car for me. There is no car park here. But there is room to park on the pavement outside the shop. The shop also has a good range of accessories for your all your cycling needs. And even stocks some more unusual bikes. Such as unicycles and tandems. I would definitely recommend this store.

Took my Powabyke into Hawks where I purchased it from, as there was no power to the bike at all. I'd had the bike around 20 months and use it every day for work. Dave had a quick look but couldn't see anything obviously wrong so I left it with him. Seems it wasn't a quick fix as the manufacturer had to be notified. This was on the Tuesday and I was not expecting to see the bike for a little while. Got a phone call on the Thursday to say the bike was fixed and ready to go. With consultation between Dave and the manufacturers the problem was sorted and the bike had been checked over and ready to go. Fantastic service.
I've had a Powabyke now for 8 years in total and they are so so good and I always take it to Hawks as they know what they are doing when stuff needs sorting, such as brakes that wear quite quickly.
Massive thanks to all the guys at Hawks for their help and expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My partner and I went in with a rough idea on what sort of bike I would like (I knew what colour I wanted!!) Dave gave us such excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, let us test out a few options and we ended up buying 2 bikes, 2 helmets and a car rack!!! Thank you for not laughing a 2 podgy middle aged women without much of a clue but who want to make a difference .....we all have to start somewhere!!! Would definitely recommend you guys. We left very happy and excited :-) thank you!

They are the best ever !!!! To be fair, I have never written a review on Google, but this time, it was to be done. I came to Hawk Cycles a few months ago to buy a new bike, and Dan gave me very useful advice, telling me honestly what bike suited me the best without trying to sell me the most expensive one. Since then, I enjoy to cycle everyday to go to work, and if I have a small problem (with my gears, my chain...), they are always there to fix that for free !! Just forget Halfords or Decathlon, this cycling shop is definitely more friendly and the team is amazing !!

Have sorted me out where no other bike shop could help on numerous occasions. Thoroughly knowledgeable and practical guys not to mention friendly as well.
Installed a helicoil which saved a set of fox forks from the bin, helped me remove a seriously seized bottom bracket and pivot bearings where I had begun to think that they would never come free. They've earned a great deal of my respect and recommend them to anyone.
