Hawthorn Farm Campsite & Holiday Park

We used this site to try our new campervan for just one night. We only live 30 minutes away. Well we definitely booked the right caravan park, it is amazing, most hardstanding pitches have hedges in between, toilets/shower block is spotless, they have loads of washing up sinks and a laundry room. Grounds are so well kept with no litter. They also have a small cafe/shop with very friendly staff. This was meant to be a one off to just try our new buy out but we are going to be regular guest here as we loved it.

A well placed site for Dover port and Dover castle. There is a café onsite that serves reasonably priced tasty food and it is fully licensed. The grounds are flat and the site es secured by a password barrier? There is a small shop selling essentials. The toilets and showers are clean and well maintained. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There is some occasional train noise but not all night and it wasn't a problem. We would come here again.

We love this place. Staff are so welcoming and friendly as well as others already on the site. It is very well maintained and lots of amenities

Easy to book and we could arrive very late. But the train was passing right next to the campsite till late into the night and early in the morning. So definitely not a spot to stay for longer if you want some quiet.

Hi to all caravan and motor home owner's. Just to let you know that I have just stayed at Hawthorn farm campsite at Martin hill Dover and what a great site! not only for overnight ferry's but for a long stay. The staff on this site are the best I have ever met? the café on site is very clean well stocked and has such a happy greeting to all that go in whether for a paper or a great breakfast or dinner? "So thank you Ladies" The sites toilets and showers are outstanding with lots of hot water and so well kept, nothing is to much trouble so if you have a problem just ask and help is there? Spread over quite a large ares, all plots are well looked after and each plot is separated by mature hedge. Facilities are warm and well maintained. Very close (5 minutes walk) train station for Access to Deal and Dover

Ideal for a couple of nights , friendly staff , well kept site , close to railway station so easy to check out local area

Campsite was nice and quite. However, toilets felt quite far away especially at night. As it is so close to Dover there are regular one nighters waiting for the ferry the next day, so people are in and out all the time.
