Haxby Group Kingswood Surgery

Cancelled my appointment with no explanation, and the next available appointment at the surgery is over 3 weeks away. Really poor service.

Haven't been able to get an appointment to see a go in months only say to ring in morning and maybe you will get one

this doctor is a joke you ring at 8am can never get through to them and when you do get through to them there are no appointment left and then just to be told to ring back tomorrow and same again.
there have way to many patients on there books and they are still taking more new patient on but they can't offer appointmeats to the one they have now so it just getting worst to get to see a doctor

Haxby group kingswood aren't anything to do with burnbrae as per receptionist at kingswood the worst Doctors in the world staff excellent shame for who they working for phone not been answered after one hour

This is an absolute joke you try not to go to doctors if you can sort it yourself- then when you really need to go after you've tried to deal with the problem you can't get an app for 2 weeks no wonder so many people end up with health getting worse because when you finally get that app after waiting it's fob off with a guess and come back if that doesn't help for a wait of another 2 weeks or chance your luck at 8am in the morning got if your able to get through funny how the place is always empty when you go

For a surgery that wastes your time and NHS funds come here and sponsor a doctor

Absolutely useless GP! They have no idea on your health conditions they just pass you around. Also you can't get an appointment for 2+ weeks!

Can be OK depending on which receptionist you talk to and which doctor you see. Very long wait for an appointment that I feel the need to book an appointment for 2 weeks time just in case I am sick. Dropped off a request from am educational psychologist in January for a referral. Rang them in March. Letter lost. Took another one asking for someone to review urgently. Waiting for a month. Chased them up. Nothing done. Really not happy. I would not recommend them to family or friends as I am sure there are much better surgeries out there, especially where your not waiting for 2 weeks for an appointed and where they see people instead of just patients.
