Received a hamper as a wedding anniversary gift. Arrived the day after it was ordered, beautifully packaged and lovely quality selection of cheeses, oatcakes, shortbread, fudge and breakfast tea. Absolutely thrilled would definitely recommend

Package was never delivered, no tracking was provided. When I inquired to see what had happened the worst service of my life ensued. I should have done my research, I'm not the only one disatisfied with their service. Do yourself a favor and order from another company because your package may not get there and if it doesn't don't expect a refund or management that cares.

I would give negative stars if possible.

Placed an order on the 20th of December to be delivered in time for Christmas for my grandparents. The hamper was never delivered and I was only notified on the 9th of January. Living overseas I presumed it had been delivered. Arranged for a new hamper to be sent (even though the food and drink was to be enjoyed during the festive period) and the only compensation was 10% off my next order. Do not order through Hays Hampers their customer service is shocking and they took no responsibility for the Hamper not being delivered!

I have ordered different hampers from Hay Hampers as gifts for family and friends. They have always given a great service and the hampers have been well received and appreciated by my friends. Keep up the good work!! I love all the Easter suggestions this year so it's a difficult decision to decide what to order!
