My property was on the market for a long time which is not a reflection on haybrooks. I did find communication not as good as it should be between people in the office, I did have to chase for feedback on viewings, often I had to repeat my contact details or property info to the different team members as updates hadn't been made on file, that said, I'm not living in U.K. at the moment which did complicate communication as well. All the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

We purchased a property via Haybrooks which recently completed. The process of the move itself was somewhat difficult as there were a number of unforeseen circumstances along the way but without question the time and attention we were given by the team at Haybrooks made the experience a whole lot better than it could have been. They were on top of every aspect of what ended up being a 6 month move but were kept informed at all times. Progress reports were honest, open and direct which is how I prefer to be during this sort of process. Specific thanks to Vanessa and Sam as they were fantastic even taking the time to assist on their days off!

Right from the start of the agreement to purchase my property, Vanessa Short was there to provide me as buyer and my purchasers with excellent, timely and professional support. I was not familiar with the all the steps in the process of purchasing, and Vanessa helped me through that. The purchase was complicated by the failure of my sale from which I was hoping to fund the purchase. Vanessa managed to keep both me and my purchasers on side and always well informed of what stage we had reached in moving towards the sale. I know that the other parties that Vanessa had to deal with in progressing my purchase, such as my financial advisors, all found her straightforward and helpful. They achieved a sale within hours of going to market and at a price which was higher than we ever expected.

Throughout the process, Vanessa who was assigned to us was incredibly communicative - keeping us fully informed of how things were progressing and chasing third parties down wherever necessary to avoid unnecessary delays.

It's true that moving house can be incredibly stressful but I'm pleased to say that with the support of the team at Haybrooks it wasn't as bad as it could have been and we are now in the home of our dreams.
