We collected our new Polo yesterday and we love it! James Wilson of Hayselden's has been brilliant, so helpful and supportive from start to finish as always. Also, thanks to Garry Jackson for all his help to.

The service we received at VW Doncaster was second to none ! I was after a used polo to replace my wife's previous polo which unfortunately had to scrapped . Unlike any other sales person I had previously experienced Kye was extremely helpful and the service he provided was outstanding! He never pushed for the sale and never put pressure on making a decision there and then . He offered us so many options in order to find us the perfect car replacement. After deciding to purchase a vehicle Kye arranged the car to be placed in the showroom ready to drive away which made us feel very special . Not only this but we were also given a bottle of champagne as a thank you for purchasing the car as well . I want to say a huge thank you to vw and to Kye for everything they did for us and will definitely be back to choose my next car from them soon !

David Lloyd, the salesman was very welcoming, he made us drinks and brought biscuits, our daughter was doing a deal for our eldest grandson who was not able to collect his car. My husband drove the car out of the showroom, and David went through the usual details of the whereabouts of relevance of indicators etc, because all cars are different. Called yesterday to have my tyres checked as light on dashboard - was fitted in and Sean offered to do the service too as this was due (saving me time and not having to book in again!). Cannot speak highly of the staff fantastic Danielle on front desk and other lady receptionist so caring and kind to my little boy made time for us talking and gave him colouring pencils etc. Sean in service dept was brilliant too explained everything. Such a lovely caring car garage, with fantastic customer service. Thank you �

Bought a used VW Up! From these guys and had a fantastic experience throughout, got me a great finance deal and to top it all Daniel provided fantastic customer service from start to end, highly recommended. **Update: I bought a little black VW Up! From Hayselden used, after seeing it on autotrader for a while and it being the car I wanted. Daniel was absolutely amazing throughout, not your usual salesman, zero pressure and willing to help and able to answer every question I could throw his way.



When I first enquired about the car, I was given all the information on it I could want including pictures of the service book and they even sent a personalized video to me by email of the actual car which was fantastic.



I then organised a test drive for when I was available on a Sunday and the car was prepared to the standard of a brand new car, and anyone would be fooled into thinking it was, a rather nice feeling considering how much less it costs over a new model of the same specification.



Once I had decided that it was the car for me, Daniel was able to work with me to find the best finance option despite my limited deposit (£50!) And was able to take my ancient rusty Ka in exchange which was a huge help.



They MOT'd the car for me so it had a full 12 months and put it through a service so I didn't have to think about that too.



When I went to pick up the car, it was fully valeted to perfection and came with every service book and manual including a VW folder, carry case for sat nav and they even threw in a luxury carpet set and data plug to connect my phone to the car with an app for free!



3 months down the line I'm happy to report that my little Up! Has been flawless without a single fault and everyone I know thinks I bought a brand new car until I tell them it is actually 3 years old, nobody believes how well kept it is!



Overall I highly recommend this garage and if you want a damn good car buying experience, go for Daniel as he's absolutely fabulous.

Bought a great Golf with Dad from this dealer. Staff were brilliant. Our sales rep Tom was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The free whiskey we got with the car definitely sweetened the deal!

All the staff are lovely, no pressure to buy like other showrooms, 1st class service from start to finish, highly recommend James as a salesman as he goes above and beyond every time as I'm sure the others do too. Had the worst car buying experience ever do not buy a car from here!!! Got told that the car had a “chip” in the windscreen, when I arrived after a hour of driving it was more like the size of a £2 coin hole, was promised it would be fixed within 4 weeks and have been massively over promised it hasn’t been fixed like they said they would, got sold a story he missed a number out of my mobile number the first time he was meet to book me in, then I got rebooked in I turned up and autoglass never knew anything about it on the whole uk system, I then rang hayselden and they said they were waiting on the previous owners insurance company to sort it out, after getting to boiling point I then decided I wanted to return the car, which I had to tell the sales manager who again I had to wait a week to talk to him.. shock.. had the worst attitude ever swearing at me saying I’m “talking crap” he offered me no resolution or any form of help and flat out refused to help me, and magically re booked my car for the next week on another day which wasn’t agreed by me (after they said it would be around my schedule) and I couldn’t make it, just over 2 months has gone still sat with a with a unroad worthy car which I can’t drive with a hole in the windscreen, and no-one from hayselden has the decency to phone me to see if it’s been fixed. Aftercare is shocking, miss-selling just to get your money and won’t help you in anyway shape or form, selling un-roadworthy car to nice honest customers, took my savings and sold me a promise that they couldn’t back up!! Do not buy a car from here!!!!!!!
