Would recommend it to anyone. The gentlemen that own it and all the staff are brilliant! The location is ideal and the rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is perfect. Parking is great.

What a lovely place and so much to do ‘on the doorstep’. Room was incredibly comfortable, and the Haytor is an amazing base to explore Devon.

What a great stay, Doris made the breakfasts such fun. The owners were so helpful, I'm in a wheelchair and they have a super accessible room with wet room ensuite. Any problems instantly sorted. Throughly recommended.

We had yet another wonderful time at The Haytor Hotel... everything was just great, from the staff who can't do enough for you, the Hotel itself being such a lovely place and of course the breakfasts. Cannot recommend this place enough .... its the best hotel in Torquay.

This hotel is fantastic from the point you enter the door with fantastic staff. Breakfast is the best we’ve had for many years using local produce. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the future.

Love this place - second time there is welcoming and comfy. I don't usually sleep well in hotel beds but I slept like a baby. Mum love their breakfast in particular it's yummy. And Peter and Roger are as hospitable as ever. Highly recommended!

Just got back from our stay here and it was fantastic, Roger the gentleman that runs it was so welcoming and was on hand to give us some useful tips of where to go, what to do etc. Hotel was lovely, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. Cannot wait to go back.

Excellent Hotel.very nice and pleasant. Roger when arrived greeted us. Very professional,polite staff always on hand to help.

Rooms are tidy and decorated nicely. Town only 5 minutes away. If Torquay is on our place to visit in the future,we would book the Haytor again.
