This unvented cylinder was leaking and we changed it for this up to date electric heater. It was at Park homes on kings park village on Canvey Island as they haven’t got any gas.

When I was younger I was over king George’s Park in Brentwood every weekend playing football or rugby. Well yesterday I installed central heating at Hartswood Golf club.

This customer enquired about getting new radiators in the central heating system as they wasn’t getting hot at the bottom.
We advised the customer that there was nothing wrong with the radiators, but it needed a powerflush.
We specialise in power flushing and are extremely experienced.
... A powerflush removes sludge, small particulates of metal from the central heating system as the radiators rust inside.
As you can see from the pictures the sludge being removed. It’s like giving the customer a brand new heating system without replacing all the radiators and pipework.

We’ve certainly had a challenge the last 3 days. We have been working in a 100 year old house, it had skirting board heating, fan blowers as heating and half of downstairs didn’t have any heating at all.
We installed 7 school radiators and they look absolutely amazing.
We repiped them all and at the customers request they didn’t want to see any pipework, we chiselled the walls out so everything is out of site. We minimised the dust by hiring a dust extractor and hoovering up... constantly after us to keep this family home functional during such a big job.

Another install by us today. This property was an annexe joined to another property. They wanted a separate heating system as one property is up for sale. We divided the 2 central heating systems.
Complete full install, new gas re-run from the meter. We installed smart controls for the customer so they can turn on there heating via a smart device. This boiler comes with a 6 year guarantee.

Another job at Haywards Heating
This customer wanted the boiler moved up to the loft for more kitchen cupboard space. We had to make a deadline for kitchen fitters too start. This job was also LPG which we are qualified in. As you can see we made alterations, completely re-wired the central heating system, putting the flue through the roof and adding smart controls so the customer can control there heating and hot water via there phone.
