Haywood Walk In Centre

I went when I had a deep cut on my right thumb, and I was seen within 20 minutes excellent service.

Fantastic service by the 2 Ladies that saw my partner today who fell off a ladder. They were very thorough with his examination and very very helpful. I was really impressed. I didn't catch the 2 ladies name but they were a complete credit to the NHS. Thank you again for putting both our minds at ease.

'' Last August 25' 2017 ... Went to Haywood Walk In Centre ! And the Staff they're very friendly ! Especially, Thanks to Sue & her Assistant ! She rang up An Ambulance for me which was Great! Unfortunately, when we got to the Emergency Unit @ NorthStaffs Hospital ! Will have to wait for four hours before the Nurse seeing You ! And Plus the Car park was due ! Back the next Day Again, still the Same. Wait And waited for four hours then the results go back to your Own Doctor! Anyway, thank You very much @ Haywood Walk In Centre ! Cheers !

I was told 1 hour wait.
2 and half hours later I'm still here and everyone had been seen before me. even about 15 people who came in after me.

I asked if I'd been forgotten. I was told no. there are 6 more people before me... I've counted 12 since then...

Went in for a throat infection on a Sunday morning. Quick service, friendly staff, convenient and thorough. Can't fault it.

In and out in an hour!!
My 11 year old son was triaged, x rayed and splinted in an hour.

Went in with a minor hand injury, it was very busy with an estimated 6 hour wait, staff were very friendly and I ended up having my x-ray within 45 minutes and was finished before 2 hours. Very happy with the service for how busy it was, the waiting room cleared out quickly and patients were seen in an efficient manner.
