Workout 2 Done- CARDIO π₯΅π¦ I wish it went this fast, that hurt π€―
During this time of self isolation and lockdown, how to we maintain our sanity? π³π€―
Routineβs, Routines, Routines! This is paramount above all else, to establish some normality and put a lid on the overwhelm, panic and anxiety.
... My mate pointed out the Chinese character for crisis is made up of two characters, fear and opportunity.
You can panic, stress and feel unstable, or take this challenge as an opportunity to become someone new, someone stronger, tougher, more resilient, more relaxed and more focused!
How do I do that? - Create non negotiable days, train everyday, get your food on point, work on a growth mindset. - Laser like focus on what you want to accomplish and achieve. - Input on you, direct your energy and attention to improving yourself, not entertaining distraction.
Remember Summer is not that far away! Self isolation isnβt forever and I guarantee you, youβll be looking forward to a summer holiday (hopefully somewhere exotic)!
Ask yourself this question, would you rather feel conscious about yourself and how you look when you wear a swimsuit/bikini?
Or would you rather thank yourself for putting in the craft when it counted, when no one was looking and you had every excuse not to do it.
You have the choice and you also how the power! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
