With over 12 years experience I offer a wide range of matwork classes in Hove and Brighton, ranging from Beginners to Advanced Level, ante natal and post natal. All classes are limited to maximum of 10-12 people:

Mondays:
9. 30am Improvers at Hove Methodist Church
10. 30am Seniors at Hove Methodist Church

7. 30pm-8. 30pm intermediate at The Mad Hatter Cafe Studio, Western Rd

Tuesdays:
9. 15am Beginners-Improvers HD Pilates Studio, 30 The Drive
10. 30am - 1. 30pm Private 1: 1 Sessions

Wednesdays:
11am General Level at The Tree of Life


Thursdays:
6pm Beginners at West Hill Hall, Compton Ave
7pm Intermediate at West Hill Hall

Fridays:
9am Intermediate Flow, HD Pilates Studio, 30The Drive
10. 30am - 3pm Private 1: 1 sessions

I offer private 121 studio sessions on the Pilates machines and mat. Great for rehab work and strengthening muscle imbalances. Work against resistance to achieve an extra core challenge, or for support with injuries. Private sessions are available by appointment Mon-Sunday, please contact me directly to book.
