one of my all time favourite places to eat! went there yesterday for Hubby's birthday and as always had amazing food and drink. already can't wait to go again!

lovely service, food delicious, the fudge was excellent, would like to know your suppliers. had a lovely relaxing time. not rushed. thankyou lovely staff and to my daughter and her mother in law for a lovely day out.

fab waffles and owner and staff are always on top form, and yesterday Grandson even got a birthday candle in his waffle. Thankyou so much.

Went there for the first time today. Delicious waffles and milkshake really lovely for children too lots of books to keep them entertained. Definitely be going back :-)

Went here for breakfast as really fancied waffles. Was my birthday and the girls even brought my waffle out with a candle singing Happy birthday. Great service and lovely food. In fact, it was that good we went back an hour later for more. Again singing happy birthday and a candle in my waffle. Will deffo recommend

We love this place. We never leave unhappy but totally satisfied. The sweet waffles are to die for and a savoury one can be just enough to hunger away. The milkshakes look lush and my girls say they are delicious. Well worth a trip

We had a wonderful lunch there today. Our party was made up of five mummies and five babies!!!! The staff were very accommodating and the babies loved their first taste of waffles!!!!! I had the bacon and syrup waffle....deeelish!!!! To top it off, I shared a salted caramel waffle...also scrummy! I will definitely be back!

Visited yesterday, we were first in the door, the staff were full of Christmas spirit. My son was dancing at the counter when we ordered and the young girl started dancing too - made my sons day. We were chatting and I mentioned that we were out for a birthday breakfast as it was my birthday the day before but I had been working. When my waffle arrived it had a candle in - made my day. We all had such a great breakfast there was 5 of us, waffles were awesome - as always. Love this place, would give so many more stars if I could. Thank you so much to all the staff. Still as good as it ever was. Well worth a visit. Their milkshakes are as good as their waffles.

So excited to find out that this place can do gluten free waffles. I expected I wouldn’t be able to eat anything whilst my husband had his waffle, but on asking I found out they can do gluten free. They should really promote this as lots of new business could come!

Savoury or sweet it's always a treat, whenever our Darkroom Espresso cycling club go to Cirencester this is the place we head to as we did last Sunday

Really Great. Savoury and sweet waffles, light and fluffy, nice choice of toppings. Decent coffee. My son loved the marshmallow milkshake. Very fair prices make this a great place for a breakfast, lunch or snack.

Popped in for lunch , spoilt for choice , had chicken and bacon waffle really tasty , very quick and friendly service , if you havent tried definately a must , very reasonable prices too !

Popped in for a waffle as hadn't been for a while. Fab as usual, great service, plenty of staff and a nice busy vibe. Totally recommend.

Lovely fresh food. Comfortable surroundings and all the staff so friendly and helpful. My only ( small) minus was maybe a bit more flavour in the milkshake. Will definitely make the journey back again.

Fantastic food fabulous milkshakes with outside seating for the warm weather. Staff were lovely and friendly. My two boys loved it! Would definitely be re-visiting

Fabulous food with a fantastic atmosphere. Such frienldy staff, will definitely go back. Need to sell those milk bottles though, my girls loved having their milk shakes out of them.

Everytime I visit Cirencester I don't want to go anywhere else for lunch. I love this little waffle house. In fact I sometimes make a special trip from Swindon just to eat here.

Came today for the first time had breakfast salmon and scrambled egg waffle and the best strawberry milkshake ever loved the bottle it came in ( I would love one ) will definitely be back in again lovely clean place and staff very happy and friendly (singing along to radio music ) l think

Amazing little place tucked away down a side street, plenty of choice , either sweet or savoury waffles, milk shakes where delicious, well worth a visit

Waffles were nice but we were served our drinks straight away and then had to wait another 15 minutes for our waffles, by which time our coffees were going cold, would have preferred to have been served everything at the same time, don't know whether this was because we were sat outside, but we only had plain waffles with syrup so not sure why they took so long...

Really disappointed with our visit today � we were really looking forward to it after so many people raved about it!! The service was terrible, we didn't even get acknowledged when we walked in even after standing around by the counter for a while as unsure whether we needed to be seated!? When the food came over mine was fine but my partners was cold!? I work for a premium brand where customer service is the most important thing so overall very disappointed.

I would of put a 5* but after visiting this week and a dog (not a guide dog) being allowed in, I felt really disappointed. In a very small area and being scared of dogs and especially in a food establishment, I felt it spoilt the visit. Apart from a hygiene concern, the dog had no room to move and could of been hurt by people moving around.

I was looking forward to try it after reading all these great reviews however I was really disappointed. Waffle was not nice at all, it tasted like it was full of oil, I had much better waffles before. There was nothing special about it. My milkshake was meant to be toasted marshmallow flavour, it did not taste like that at all, my partner's shake was different flavour and I couldn't see the difference between them... We won't be going back!

We were really excited to try the waffles here, incredibly disappointed. The premises, tables and chairs were FILTHY. We asked a member of staff to clean the table, she wiped it with an equally filthy cloth and still left remains of other people's food on the table. The waffles were okay but definitely nothing to rave about. The coffee was disgusting to the point where we didn't drink it. Over all we are very disappointed and shall not return.

Was very much looking forward to my visit but unfortunately myself and a friend were very disappointed.. dirty/grubby tables and chairs, dirty floor.. young girl serving was very pleasant but other lady seriously needs to work on her people skills and perhaps acknowledge customers.. with a smile.. is it that hard.. what a shame..
