Took my shih tzu cookie in today for her summer cut & groom fantastic service from start to finish, she looks beautiful, clean & smelling fresh, will definitely be returning in 10 weeks time for her next trim, owners are very friendly and make u feel very reassured when leaving you dog,

Took my little chihuahua for her first trip to the groomers today! She loved every minute and looks beautiful! Staff and owner are so friendly! I will definitely be taking her back �

Phil was awesome and so patient and kind to Harley for his first visit as a 15 week old puppy. Harley was so happy, he didn’t want to leave and kept pulling to go back in. Fab service, definitely will be going back again. Thank you

Our Boy Duke isn’t good with strangers or other Dogs. We were worried about him going to be groomed, but Phil and his team were fabulous Duke was ok not fazed and thoroughly enjoyed his grooming!! Thank you your fab xx

I took my Westie to Phil today (she has been going to Phil for years) and she has a bad paw, she’s been in and out of the vets for weeks trying to find the problem, finally turned out to be a huge tick in her paw. Her paw is still really sore but being so hot she needed a groom and Phil was fab looking after her and got her cooler and looking gorgeous, highly recommend Phil he’s fab xxx

I really love this place, but more importantly Andy loves it too. He is a dog reactive collie. His needs are so thoughtfully considered when I book, take him in and pick him up. I always get a detailed report on how he behaved throughout, which is really useful for training. And he always looks fab! Thanks everyone, see you soon xxx

I popped in at short notice as Arlo was in need of a bath. Phil and his team did a fantastic job. Arlo’s coat was silky soft and he looked so handsome. I was particularly impressed with how they managed to bath and dry Arlo too considering he hates both water and blow dryers. He came out tail wagging looking pleased as punch! Thanks Phil!

I love taking both my dogs here. Phil is a fantastic groomer and has extensive knowledge about canine health, skin conditions and the effects of diet on coat condition. My boys always look fantastic when I pick them up, I will not use anyone else, Phil stands out above the rest for his quality service and passion for his craft.

I have 2 working spaniels, Roo and Harley.

Harley I have taken to other Groomers to be kicked out of as she is such a Diva, my motherinlaw passed me Phils number at Head2tails.

I could not be happier he first met Harley before groming her, took the time and patience to settle her in. She really hasnt been an easy customer an has cried and probably given phil and his staff a hard time. After a few appoitments tho he has turned my Diva dog into a better customer, she will only allow phil to grrom her and she comes out looking all clean and with a beautiful cut. I could not sing their praises enough and my dogs will always go there. Just shows what a good dog groomer will do to make your family pets feel at home

I brought in the smelliest, bedraggled rescue dog, shaking and in a state. Out bounced a calm, happy and gorgeous Rory! Phil and the team gave him more than a groom, it was a whole new start from the most capable and caring hands & clippers. So lucky to be part of a little miracle today. They literally changed Rory's life today. Don't hesitate to take your dogs here, it's outstanding. X

I keep double checking I have brought the right dog home, he looks so different but I love it and so does he.

Anyone who is able to groom my cat deserves a medal, but to be able to groom her to such a fantastic standard and provide a friendly and welcoming service deserves an award! I could not be happier with Phil's work today - he's the first groomer to actually cut my cat's nails and she smells just wonderful. I usually have to travel long distances to various groomers who specialise in 'difficult cats' and always end up being charged extra, and shamed, for being the mother of a dragon cat. Not any more! I doubt anyone could top this service and it's right on my doorstep as an added bonus! Thank you so much and I will definitely be returning with Molly.
