Headcase Barbers International Description
Since opening our doors in December 2000 Headcase Barbers have pushed to restore the reputation and image of the traditional mens barbershop to what it once was, the cornerstone of society where families are made to feel comfortable and welcome, and where men of all ages know they’ll get a professional and thorough service from people they trust.
Having seen the typical barbershop become a place which men would avoid having to visit through fear of what they’ll be paying for, we’ve managed to use a combination of good rock music, free beers, oversized mirrors, top of the range traditional barber chairs and incense to reinvent and revive what had become a tired and forgotten industry.
We’ve always been proud of our family roots. Making our customers feel welcome whilst offering the quality of haircut our customers expect is a priority, and to this day these rare and comforting values can been felt in every Headcase shop you enter.
We’re happy to be part of your monthly routine, your local social gathering place where people come for more than just a haircut, they come for a chat, a laugh, a confidant, or a moan, because our customers can count on a genuine person ready to greet them at the door!
We’re not just passionate barbers, we’re passionate people who want to give you everything you’d expect from a genuine barbershop experience, and enjoy it with you, and the music speaks for itself. Rock, blues, jazz and a bit of funk, it all adds to us being a great neighbor, a great part of the community, and a great place to come time and time again.

Starting 2019 Strong. Out of 900 franchises in the U.K., Headcase came in at #89. Crazy. When you think the top 40 are made up of the giants like McDonalds and Starbucks. McDonalds actually came in at #4. Super proud of this placement as it’s super difficult to just be recognised. Especially as a barbershop. It that’s always been my goal, to take the industry past what it was 20 years ago when I started. To make it be viewed as a great industry and recognised. Franchising i...sn’t easy, especially when you’re carving out a unique model and doing franchising differently to how it’s usually done, so these kind of achievements are amazing and add fuel to my already burning engine. 2019 is set to be big for us, so let’s see where we are at this time next year. Very laid back and cool while being very professional. Went in with a unusual haircut (split ends and overly bleached mohawk) and they were able to do what was needed to get it back to where I wanted. Would thoroughly recommend.

I've walked past this barbers so many times on my way into town and today I Popped in for the first time to see if they could rectify my sons terrible hair cut and mine from another hair dressers, and for the first time in 7 years my wife was really impressed!
