Headcorn Special Events

The team behind Headcorn Special Events, have joined together from varied backgrounds in film, television, radio, music, education, aviation and security with combined experience of over 200 years!

One of the team is Jamie Freeman (owner of the Aerodrome) who works tirelessly every day to ensure the smooth day to day running of Headcorn Aerodrome. The Aerodrome was purchased at auction by his family back in 1927 and played an important part during the war being used by the RAF and also the USAAF.

Jamie’s dream is to give everyone an opportunity to experience the thrill and beauty of the skies above us by either flight, hot air balloons and not for the faint hearted parachuting.

The aim of the team is to bring varied types of events and shows to the airfield with an aerial twist, so all generations and walks of life can enjoy this beautiful countryside and make people aware of some the other incredible activities the Aerodrome has to offer.
