Damaged my property in front of me and when I make a claim on their insurance they concoct a story and accuse me of being at fault . Most dishonest company I have ever encountered. Use at your peril.

Headington Carriers gave us a very competitive quote for our house move and were able to fit us in with only a weeks notice. We used their packing service which really took the stress out of moving! Everything was efficiently and carefully packed and there were no breakages. On moving day the team were excellent - we really can't fault them. After we'd unpacked we called them to come and collect the boxes and they arrived an hour later. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

Seemed great, but left a lot to be desired.

They broke our dining table and took it away to be repaired, but I've had to continually chase them for updates. After a couple of weeks they said that it been returned to them and it would returned to us a couple of days later. Then that changed to it was being repaired in a couple of days and they would deliver it after that. I'm still none the wiser when or if I'll see my table again.

I've also found that they broke other things but didn't tell me. An example being a large framed certificate that was dropped on my front steps. They removed most of the glass (though I found some laying there later), hid the certificate in another box and disposed of the rest of the frame.

They certainly wouldn't be my first choice if I moved again.
