We are so excited to have our first Pilates class tonight! Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Come along and try it out! The class is 7pm - 8pm, and is £7 per person. Call us on 01637 870200 to book your place.

Unfortunately our HIIT class has been cancelled this Sunday the 25th. All other HIIT classes will be running as usual.

Unfortunately due to an event within the hotel we have had to cancel our yoga class on Tuesday the 20th however the Thursday’s class will be running as usual.

Our HIIT class has been unfortunately cancelled on Sunday the 11th September however classes will resume again on the Monday the 12th

Unfortunately our yoga class on Thursday 11th of August has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Yoga will be running as normal on the 16th & 18th!

Our HIIT class has been unfortunately cancelled on Monday the 18th July. It will be back as normal from Sunday the 24th!

We are introducing a new automatic parking system within the next few weeks at The Headland so you will not need to use your Headland Spa parking permit. Please give us a call on 01637 870200 or email on Gym@headlandhotel.co.uk to provide us with your car registration.

Unfortunately there will be no more Yoga classes on Friday Mornings. Tuesdays and Thursdays classes will continue to run as normal. we are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
