👣 Thank you to everyone who voted in the therapy room vs home visit poll for Reflexology 👣
👣 As everyone seemed so keen on the idea of a treatment room, I've decided to go a head and start clearing out the spare room. Needless to say I have my work cut out for me 😂 👣

I am thinking of having a treatment room at home, as well still offering home visits. Given the choice, what would people prefer? a home visit for Reflexology? Or coming to me for a treatment room session?

👣 Reflexology can be a very useful tool in helping to control and manage Fibromyalgia symptoms. One of my clients who has Fibro is currently experiencing a bad flare up of her symptoms. We are undertaking weekly Reflexology sessions for the next month to try and get her flare-up under control.
👣 I have asked my client to keep a dairy of how she is feeling from week to week, and how her symptoms have improved/changed. I will be writing a blog on her progress, to highlight jus...t how effective Reflexology can be in supporting people with Fibromyalgia.
👣 week one: Its been 6days since my clients first Reflexology session. Before her Reflexology she was suffering with extreme fatigue, general aches and pains, had a feeling of her body being "heavy" and sleep problems, waking up every couple of hours.
👣 two days after her Reflexology my clients reports having much improved sleep (she is not waking up numerous times) and that her body generaly feels lighter.
I will report on my clients progress after this weekends Reflexology session.

This week is World Reflexology week. This is a yearly global event created to help raise awareness around the world of the many health and relaxation benefits of Reflexology. I will be posting daily about the many different conditions Reflexology can be used to help and support.

👣 So after not being able to sleep the previous night due to being up all night coughing. My other half slept like a baby last night, not waking up even once to cough. He has also felt well enough to return to work today.
👣 Upon being questioned if he thought it was yesterday's Reflexology session, that had improved his cough and cold symptoms so dramatically. Also providing him with a solids nights sleep, he replied that he thought "the paracetamol must have kicked in"
👣 I... replied "shame they didn't kick in 3days ago then really" to which I was informed they'd been gathering forces! 😂

My other half has currently got man flu... erm I mean a horrible cough and cold 😏 so we've had a Reflexology session this afternoon to relieve some of his symptoms.
Reflexology can be a very powerful tool in helping us to recover from acute illnesses. It also helps to boost our immune systems, and bring everything in the body back into balance or homeostasis.
