Since its our wedding anniversary i thought i'd treat myself to a facial. This is straight after a facial treatment (normally I'd smile, but then you wouldn't see how lovely and smooth my face is now 😉) slightly shiny because I used my lovely moisturiser afterwards, but no pinkness, bruising (the one next to my eyebrow was from Matthew), or pain. Absolutely loving this treatment, fast results and lots of lovely endorphins, with absolutely no toxins 😍

Ever thought of having botox? Did you know that acupuncture facials are more natural, have less side effects, and are a better long term treatment since unlike botox it encourages natural healing instead of muscle atrophy! While trawling through Facebook I came across an interesting new trend. Of course this is the 'migraine pose'. Now anyone who's ever had a migraine will know that the actual pose you take during a migraine is nowhere near as glamourous (we're talking temporary face lift vs hanging over a toilet while wearing a hat made from cold packs!). Had a treatment for a painful and tense wrist/arm with swelling after pulling something that morning - pain went in minutes and the stiffness and swelling went by the next day. No anti inflammatories or other pain relief used in conjunction either. Will definitely be booking in for my back issues! Highly recommended.

Gemma was very professional and kind. No discomfort and I lost a few pounds too!!
