We incorporated Health 2 Oceans as a non-profit organisation as to urgently proliferate the removal plastic pollution from oceans & rivers. Our mission is to reduce plastic pollution and sustainably increase marine biodiversity in low economically developed areas by employing local citizens as to reduce poverty & encourage local economic growth. We will maintain the highest ethical, moral and professional behavior whilst remaining respectful to local values, culture and customs across the areas of operation. This is the very DNA we have imbedded within Health2Oceans and working partners. At Health 2 Oceans we believe the simplest method to develop the local communities is through ‘positive change'. through education and awareness. We will support positive change to remote communities through remuneration of the local population as part of our clean-up projects. We will use education, awareness and promote local ownership as to ensure the positive impacts of these enhancements are there for generations to come. Health 2 Oceans will enhance local communities by reusing the recycled waste as part of infrastructure enhancement projects. We will deploy the following schemes: •Employ members of the local communities as part of the cleanup operations•We will use local wardens in our operational areas•Implement a "$ per Kg of waste" for local fishermen as to remove the plastic pollution offshore•Deploy a "$ per Kg of waste" scheme across the affected areas
