We've always had more out of this policy than what we've paid in. If you use it it's well worth the money. Online claims are straightforward.

Membership has been very worth while to me, with a range of benefits that have been very useful. I have called your helpline number on a few occasions for advice and staff are always very friendly and helpful!
Sorry to say that I've had Healthshield since 1966. Always easy to use. Friendly staff and the new online claims procedure is invaluable when wanting a bill paid . Would always recommend Healthshield over other cash plan providers
Always used to be good but it's going downhill fast. For example I had a recent claim returned and one of the things asked for in the accompanying letter is proof that prescription glasses have been supplied.
This is after sending in a receipt stating that it is for the glasses and the prescription they were made to is on the receipt. What the hell do they want me to do, send in the actual glasses?
When my outstanding claims are settled i'm leaving.
I've been a member for many years and I'm sorry to see what used to be a good thing become so rubbish.
