The named organisation is registered as an official charity (Charity No: 　1135979 and　company registration number　7247749) in the UK focusing purely on　the relief　of poverty and sickness and the　promotion and preservation of good health for the benefit of the public, in particular but not exclusively in sub-Saharan　Africa, by the provision of healthcare centres and medical aid, equipment and assistance. As a fledgling Charity, Healthcare4Africa has also endeavoured to offer a totally unique system of accountability to all of its donors, members and partners with a transparent (financial) reporting system, to be located on a new media flagship website aptly registered as www. healthcare4africa.comWith a dependency on the social and moral consciousness of its supporters, Healthcare4Africa is open to develop a policy of working with other charitable organisations such to offer amenable options for people who, apart from monetary; wish to donate clothing's and medical equipment and consumables towards improved Africa Healthcare system.
