It's also a great time to sort out a few winter supplements. I'm doing 3 months now of a Multivit (balance), Zinc (immune sys), VitD (no sun!) and an Omega 3 (vegan). Ground up Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds should take care of the rest...

Last few juices of the year now as winter approaches because they're very cooling. Time to switch to Smoothies with plenty of Ginger, Turmeric and Cayenne!
