1. Out of all the classes I've ran over the years I can honestly say I've never trained a more relaxed and hilarious group of people. They're all highly supportive and so easy to get along with I genuinely look forward to each class.
2. As much as take the training seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're more than happy to make jokes and have a laugh throughout the session as opposed to being stood their like... drill instructors.
3. The sessions, while challenging, are very accessible no matter your experience level.

Did you know men and women store fat differently?
For Instance ever notice how men seem to hold the majority of their fat in their stomachs and chest? This is because us guys tend to store more visceral fat (fat around your organs) which leads us to having larger stomachs while our arms and legs store fat at a much lower pace.
Women on the other hand tend to store more subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin) which is more evenly distributed around the body. This leads women to... develop more problem areas (bum, legs, arms etc).
Unfortunately there's not a lot we can do to change this as this is all governed by our hormones.
However there's an easy fix for this. Anyone guess what it is?
I'll give you a hint, it doesn't involve drinking your own pee as recommended by Peter Kay 🤣

One thing I always try to remind people is that exercise isn't always about abs and muscles. Exercise is one of the best forms of medication / therapy there is for your mental health.
Sometimes all thats needed is to put your headphones on and work up a sweat!

Why walk 10,000 steps?
This is something many people swear by, and it's also something I ask my members & clients to try to achieve each day. But why?
Well the American Council of Exercise estimates that on average 10,000 steps is equal to 5 walking 5 miles. Which on average would burn 500 calories.
... If you were to walk 10,000 steps a day every day you'd burn 3,500 calories a week. Which is enough to burn 1lb of fat - granted your eating sensibly.
So if yournot a fan of gym workouts or want a simple way of burning an extra 500 calories try to hit 10,000 steps per day!

Recently started training with Aron, after him being recommended by a friend. Have to say has been one of the best decisions. Never ever thought I would be proud of myself and what I am and have achieved. With support and good exercise plans, confidence is starting to be built. Newly started with Aron been 2wks to his classes on Mondays/Wednesdays and 2 nights so far for PT great trainer who knows his stuff best I've trained with he will also give you your diet needs and I've never eaten so much in one day. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer he's the best one I've had. Check him out you won't be disappointed �

Just finished my first bootcamp and over the moon with my results. Just booked onto the June bootcamp and can't wait. Aron makes everyone feel totally at ease and it's tailored to each person so any level of fitness can fully participate. Absolutely over the moon and I highly recommend the bootcamp to anyone.

Just finished 6 weeks of the biggest loser challenge. It was both fun and rewarding. The programme was great for all ages and abilities and Aron is great at making sure your reaching your potential �

Just completed the 6 week biggest loser challenge with Aron. It got me up and out and doing a lot more than I have for a while. Very happy with the results but most of all I loved the 2 training sessions each week. The only reason I haven't signed straight back up for the next one is that my holidays are in the middle of it. Excellent trainer who makes working out fun and plans everything to suit personal needs and abilities. I have trained with Aron for a while now and see progress every week. Plans are regularly changed to suit goals too. He will also support with nutrition too and definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Even tho i'm not a consistent client, aron is always reachable n is always just as helpful! He's been a big help with my diet plan making it easy and maintainable around my job. He's keeping on top of my progress consistently. Always positive and motivational. 3 weeks in and lost 11lbs already. 6lbs to go should be easy as!

Absolutely loved the last 6 weeks, even though I missed a week from been unwell I am so proud of myself and what I’ve achieved and couldn’t of done with without Aron! I’ve always shyed away from exercise. But coming with Aron he gave me determination � this is just the start and I can’t wait to carry on my journey. Thanks again Aron!
