The staff are really polite and friendly and the prices are very good its all round amazing.

So much to learn for these guys they have years of experience and knowledge!

Shadow loves the Salmon & Rice puppy food more than he has ever loved any dry food! It's so good for him too! Very reasonable prices on everything in store. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend to anybody with animals!

Really appreciated the help and advice we received today from the store. The lady with long dark hair certainly knows her stuff. We are now starting our dog on healthy diet following her advice to help reduce skin irritation. I'll keep you up to date with her progress. Thank you ��

Pepper loves the chicken and sweet potato food more than she has ever loved any dry food! And it's so good for her too! We always get compliments on her shiny coat. She especially loves coming into the store with us and choosing her treats from the selection next to the till. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and always on hand to help. Very reasonable prices on everything in store. They even do delivery of you can't make it to the shop!! Pawfect for us and our Pepper dog ;)

Met Karl on the healthy option stand at Crufts around four years ago . I'd always fed my dog another good quality dry food and had no plans to change but having spoken to Karl at length about diet and the healthy option brand , i agreed to try it and my dog has been fed it since then and has never looked healthier and fitter . I always go to the healthy option stand at Crufts to speak to Karl and ask him any doggy health questions I have , he and his team are so knowledgable and passionate about the brand , it's a pleasure to speak with them . Excellent customer service , fantastic staff , Thankyou 😀😀🐶🐶🐶

I visited the Mirfield store today and was very impressed with the range of goods you have, and also very reasonable prices. Fantastic advice received from the shop assistant. Won't be going anywhere else for my dog treats and acesssories.

I use the store in Mirfield and my dog has eaten there healthy option food since I got her at 10 weeks old. Her coat is healthy. The vets always comment on how well she is and I’m sure it’s with the food that we give her. I recommend everyone about it. And so cheap! Give it a go. Your dogs will love it

I think the Bradford store once a month or more. The staff are always smiling helpful and happy! My dog (nearly 3) has had food from there since I got him at 8 weeks old. He loves the veg chews and won't eat biscuit treats from anywhere else! He has the chicken and rice biscuits daily with meat. I always buy more than I intended! Great goods at great prices! Thanks Guys!

I have been a customer since they opened on Clayton Rd. Everything they sell in top quality but best of all they give superb advice and that is free. The staff are more like friends than staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't dream of pet shopping any where else.

Knowledgeable staff who really do care. I have an 11 year old beagle who loves our trips to the shop and has always eaten the Healthy Option dry food. This food was recommended for a very active puppy as an alternative to the E number packed well known puppy food alternative. Highly highly recommended.

Fantastic pet food and a really friendly, helpful & knowledgable group of guys working there. We've used them since we found them 8 years ago, when they helped our dog avoid surgery that the vet was hell bent on performing, simply through using their top quality food. Won't go anywhere else now - these guys are the best!!!!

Excellent food. My dog's skin condition cleared right up when she started on this food (and it did come back the one time I had to try something else). The food last longer as they don't eat as much, and there isn't as much waste. Great food all around.

Came down at christmas for the dog photo shoot, lovely friendly and welcoming staff! Also from my vague description of a dog toy i gave the staff managed to find the toy i was looking for!

Been using Bradford store for almost 12 years now. Always received the best advice regarding dog food, doggie problems, especially allergy advice. Cannot recommend Carl and his staff highly enough. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable too. My two mini jrt's absolutely love their visits and the staff always take time out to give them lots of attention and cuddles.

Been trying one of the my dogs on the Lamb and Rice for about a week. This morning was the first time that she had it on its own. She is very fussy normally. The verdict however.....didn’t leave a scrap. Will be trying it on the labradors when they’ve finished their other food. Bought supplies in already.
