Heart of England Recorder Orchestra is a group of enthusiastic and experienced recorder players of all ages from all over the country meeting in Coventry.

meeting in Coventry, from as far afield as Yorkshire, Wales and Bedfordshire.

We play all kinds of music: renaissance, baroque, classical and modern, original recorder music as well as arrangements, on all sizes of recorder - sopranino, descant, treble, tenor, bass, great bass and contrabass.

A recent award from the Lottery Fund means we now have 2 new great basses and a contrabass for the use of our members.
