Excellent service. Keys were ready early which allowed us immediate access. Visited Leafy Nook last week. Accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and very homely. Visited Stock Ghyll Waterfalls which were impressive, in full flow.
We have no hesitation in recommending Heart Of The Lakes and expect to return soon.

I've booked through Heart of the Lakes quite a few times now and I will keep on using them. A great choice of properties and helpful folks if you get confused on line. Just back from one of the Riverside Apartments in Keswick, super comfortable and fab views of the park and river.
