Basic accommodation for not much money needs slight renovating staff very helpful and friendly

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Payed £20 per room, good deal. Desks, kettle, bed, bath shower in room I stayed in. Vending machines available. 24 hour staff.

Staff as helpful as they could be in the circumstances. The room was filthy, damp and not suited to any kind of paid accommodation. In particular the bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous guest and the receptionist agreed she would not use it herself.

0 star I give this hotel. The start of august I booked a cheap hotel to stay for the night locally to where I live well cheap was an understatement!! I was handed the keys to my room no34 walked in there to the smell of damp and all damp up the walls at the side of the bed as I went to lock the windows as they were wide open to obviously hide the smell the window was missing the handle to lock it the heating wasn't working the room was freezing cold the bed was so old the sprigs in there were terrible no way could of stayed in that room being the lower level as well it was insecure I went to the reception to complain got showed another room as I found out by the receptionist that the room should of been closed off, that was great to hear, the room I was then showed was just as bad when the guy opened the door the smell of damp hit you right in the face so I said I could not stay in that hotel the state it was in I was given an email to send my complaint across for a full refund over a month later I'm still waiting for my refund know one wants to know about it or pay up for it because apparently it's been sold on to new people. So now I'm down cash and a night out some company have my money and don't want to pay me back!!! What a joke!!
