Love the herbal teas, lovely flavors, good quality.

User

I love Heath & Heather teas. I have tried their green tea and several of the herbal infusions. They're all delicious! My favourite tea is the Imperial Matcha Green Tea, I haven't found one as tasty as this anywhere else!! I would highly recommend any of the teas, they are excellent quality!

User

I have tried a few of your herbal infusions. The Sage & Lemon Myrtle is refreshing and almost tastes similar to lemonade. The Nettle & Maté is a nice pick me up during the day, love the added cinnamon too. The Chamomile & Honey is relaxing and soothing. I look forward to trying more of your infusions/teas in the future 😊

User

Hello, I just bought a box of lemon and ginger. I would like to know whether your individual packaging is made of paper or plastic, as I want to recycle it.

Thanks :)

User

I'm very disappointed at the increase in packaging now that each tea bag is individually wrapped. Is the envelope made from 100% paper? As it seems to have a plastic feel to the lining.

User

I too am cross and perplexed about the plastic lined envelopes for your tea bags. So they are supposed to go into the normal rubbish? Where the little shreds of plastic will remain long after the paper has decomposed. How could you possibly think this was a good idea?

User

They claim they are very environmental friendly, yet they individually wrap tea bags in little packets that are plastic lined and can't be recycled, i could understand putting tags on to tell what the tea is, but, they put branded tags on them, Nettle Very weak even after infusing it for 10 min, will go back to using clipper at least its a good strong brew and they are do not over package

User

Dear Heath & Heather, I am disappointed to deliver this review! I want to say; you make the most appetising tea ever, but it simply isn’t true.

Yes, you have improved the design of your packaging, giving each of the tea bags its’ own paper sachet, to retain the freshness; but who on earth are your tea creators and testers? They clearly need to learn a thing or two about tea blending!

My favourite type of tea from your range has always been the Blackcurrant, but you may as well call it Hibiscus tea, along with your Rosehip and Raspberry Leaf! Because that is what it all tastes like. It’s cheep Heath & Heather; cheep!

Not happy, and until you can tell me that you have improved the blending of your Blackcurrant tea and put the Liquorice back in the recipe; then I’m out!

I think I’m just going to have to blend my own infusions and continue to purchase the far superior Yogi tea...

See ya!

User

Very disappointed that you have changed the Night Time tea. I can't take valerian. The original recipe was excellent. I'll go back to drinking Clipper now.

User

The stingiest amount of rooibos tea I have ever come across in a tea bag. You need two bags to make a decent cuppa which makes it super expensive. Over-packaged in plastic too so bad for the planet. I'm back to Tick Tock. Your tea bags are a total rip off. Find it hard to see how anyone can give it more than one star.

User

Sneaky hidden plastic inside the paper teabag holder. Definitely won't be buying again! Disappointed.

Organic Super Teas: A triumph of branding over taste an common sense.

I have been using the Morning Time tea since 1991, in the morning, almost every morning and I loved it.

I understand new branding, but what on earth possessed you to also present the customer with a huge price hike for fewer bags and disgustingly unnecessary over-packaging in separate 'envelopes' with tags. What is the point of shouting about being all Organic if you are not going to follow through with committing to less packaging?! Just stupid 'greenwash'.

I was buying 50 bag boxes for £3.60ish and now you've added Guarana and Ginseng, it tastes tinny, has lost the big Rosehip/Hibiscus hit and a box of 20 bags is £2.99!

I have previously bought your other teas as they were well priced and in minimal packaging. Customer lost.

User

I wholeheartedly agree with Art Rush Cane in every respect - the excessive hike in price, the extra packaging - it doesn't look as though the 'envelopes' can go in the recycling, the unnecessary tags, all of which might be bearable (though unjustified) if the taste was improved. It emphatically is NOT. The Guarana and Ginseng give a really unpleasant lingering taste and the increase in the amount of apple has unbalanced the otherwise varied range of tastes.

Please 'do a Coca Cola' - in case you missed this - a few years ago Coca Cola changed their recipe - they were forced by the public outcry to go back to the original.

I'm very disappointed, these little bags have been a valued and indispensable travelling companion all over the world for me. You've now lost a customer, until you bring back the original.

User

I have been drinking your Morning Time tea for well over 20 years but no longer.

Why do you feel the need to put the word 'organic' on an already natural product, hike the price through the roof, take away the flavour, put little tags on with string and metal and put them in plastic lined packets which can't be recycled and expect people to be happy?

I would have more flavour if I'd reused one of the old teabags 5 times!

My husband kindly bought me about 10 boxes of the new tea thinking he was being kind. How does he get his money back?

If no stars were an option I would have given that.

User

I bought some Lemon & Ginger flavoured infusion today, what a let down, couldn't taste or smell the ginger, in fact I could have left it all day infusing & don't think it would have had any flavour. I even checked the use by date & its May 2019, then I checkd the ingredients 40% ginger, apple pomace, blackberry leaves, citric acid, lemon flavour 8%, lemongrass & lemon peel & zest 1%, Linden flowers & roasted chicory root.

User

I am so GUTTED to have to deliver this review. My favourite tea WAS your morning Time tea - naturally caffeine free.

Apart from the fact I now believe it has a strong taste of dishwater, I have noted it contains Guarana.

Probably the most disappointing thing I will experience this year.

MY MORNINGS ARE RUINED.

Whoever decided this should be made to... drink it.

Please fix and make everything right again.

There's nothing else for it. I'm going to bed.

Good night.

Heath&Heather have probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They have some technical problem with their webshop, so I can not place my order (which costs over 130 £), but guess who should investigate this problem? Me, the customer! Heath&Heather seems not to have time to check the problem, or any will to find another solution, as they cutely wrote to me in their e-mail. Very nice attitude, thank You Heath&Heather! Guess do I want to consume Your teas anymore?

User

Heath and Heather please can you explain to me why you have found it necessary to line your tea bag wrappers with plastic? It’s bad enough that you package them individually, but I can’t even recycle the packaging! It’s infuriating!

User

Having read the reviews I'm so relieved. I thought it was just me!

What have you done? I have drunk this tea for over 20years, even paying for it to be sent to me when I lived in Australia

I bought 2 large boxes last week, queried the price but ah well, I thought its worth it.

Today I took 1 box back + exchanged it for Pukka Night Time tea (very nice)

Your tea is like drinking dirty dish water. Envelopes, fancy packaging.vile taste...

Come on Heath + Heather! What crap!

I am returning 18 bags to you for refund!

You have lost my custom. I never thought I would ever say that!
