Not too impressed. My daughter booked in overnight. She has just arrived from Australia. When she arrived showered and got into bed. At 1.00a.m she heard someone trying to get into her room. The front desk had given her key to another male guest. Fortunately, she had bolted the door from the inside. Wrote to these people to complain. Hadn't even the decency to reply with an apology.

It was exactly what we needed...a bed and a shower. It is definitely like it's description...no frills. But it was great...friendly staff as well as very quaint local bars to get great food and drinks. I would recommend to anyone. But be prepared Americans... there is no a/c in the room as well as no TV. Windows only for air circulation. But it was perfect weather so it was no big deal to my group. Also a community shower and toilets. But VERY clean. So if you want to sight see all day and just sleep somewhere, this is you're place!

I have been staying there frequently for nearly ten years and the management has changed several times but I havent had any problems.The rooms are always clean and comfortable but basic, could do with a re-fit but then no doubt the prices would increase

Great location for LHR, comfy bed in large, clean, single room with wash basin & double glazed window, so no noise from planes despite being almost right under the landing flight path. Only downside, the only bathroom/toilet is on next floor...... of course not a problem to most rooms as they have en suites. Friendly reception workers! 2 great pubs very close (one opposite) for meals, drinks, relaxing. The Lodge is very different from the bad reviews I read! Value for money, it was cheap!

For someone who only needs a � it is �. Free bus service. Even the Bus 423 was for free cause it was just one Station (3min) from Terminal 5.

The Stuff was very friendly and give us good Tipps.

The noice from the plains did not bother cause i known it before.

For a short stay i will always booked the Heathrow-Lodge-London.

A nice old � Pub in � distance, with very good meals.

We booked a family room which had very clean comfy beds and hot shower. It's location is superb and with the free parking and free transfer to the airport it made our journey less stressful than having to get up at 3am. I caught the free 423bus back from Terminal 5 which stops almost outside. Great budget hotel with helpful friendly staff :)

The room was clean, small but good sized for 1 or a couple, and the shower was hot/good pressure but that was the smallest bathroom I've ever been in for a hotel. The shower was as wide as me (and I'm a small person) so larger people can't physically shower plus it was practically on top of the toilet, got the whole bathroom wet. Also the wifi sucked, hardly worked and when it did, the connection was poor. But we were there for only 2 nights, so it wasn't horrible. Staff was friendly!!

The room its self was nice however on the day of flying, I arrived to shuttle bus and a certain member of staff was rude to me and didnt even help me with my heavy luggage. Compared to the Gentleman who was at Reception when I arrived after 11pm. The room itself was comfertable and I had a nice sleep even though their were planes flying over every two minutes which is not your problem. All in all it was an ok stay but the manners of some staff did let the side downa little bit.

Is not the best hotel... But, it's very useful .....when you need to get to Heathrow Airport...early in the morning! My fiance and I, always use it.... the night, before we travel out.....the next day.....less than 5 miles from Heathrow Airport..... I wouldn't recommend it, for more than one night...

Stayed for one night .booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and one child .had booked us into 2 different buildings but did rectify it .very basic but great for stop over for early flight

Hey it is what it is a Budget hotel which suited my reason for staying there to a tee the room was warm, bed slept in worse but importantly it was clean pillow a little sloppy when I need to go back will take my own, and there is a pub across the road that serves traditional Indian food unfortunately I was not hungry but it smelt lovely when I visit again I will ensure I am need of food

This hotel is dirty/mouldy. The room is stinking and you can't sleep through the planes.

The bathroom is dirty and old. no hot water for showering.

The worst hotel ever, disgusting dirty, rude staff, TV in room not working, cheap and nasty Stey away! Pay a little bit more money and Stey somewhere nicer. Awful place so glad I didn't have my wife and children with me.

The Heathrow Lodge charged me with a No Show charge $50.98 US when my traveling partner paid for the two nights August 17, 18 and 18,19. It appears the desk person did not cancel my initial reservation when he charged my traveling partner for the 2 nights $114 US To date I have not been able to resolve the incorrect charge so I am being unfairly charged

Stayed there two nights ago. When I booked the room three months ago, they take your card details to hold the room when I turned up first they said I hadn't book when I had so they took my card details again and have now taken to payments off my debit card and now they are not answering me emails. Do not go there if you want to loose money!!!!

Has to be one of the worst hotels on the planet!!! Filthy!!! given the key to wrong room.....we walked in to someone smoking canabis. Plastic toilet cubicle like that in a caravan...stunk of smoke, yellow with nicotine stains, sink all cracked...filthy shower, no toilet paper! I had a three year old with me....we changed our mind and wanted to check out, but was refused a refund. I was told that the absent manager didn't want to be disturbed... The poor young boy on reception who seemed to be running the place alone, had two complainants to deal with. He was the receptionist and he refused to speak English to (who he said was another member of staff, but I think it was his manager) who wasn't wanting to be bothered with all the aggro, about my complaint. Where the photos and couple of positive comments on the website and FB page come from I'll never know!!!!! We left and went to another hotel. I know it says budget but, More like a really bad, filthy public toilet than a hotel! there was another man complaining about his room too!!

Disgusting. Should be closed down. Bad health and safety issues. Bad customer service, manager conveniently not present or contactable. Not put in main hotel but in some squaller across the road. Dirty. Out of date fire extinguishers. Live wires. Rat faeces on floor. Should be ashamed selling this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bunch of thieves!!! DO NOT BOOK. Advertised their room as "free cancellation" and then charged me £40 to cancel it!! They denied that me advertised wring and refused to give my money back. I am left powerless, there is nothing that I can do :(
