We were lucky enough to be invited to the VIP evening and what a fantastic time we had food was out of this world, staff couldn’t have been more accommodating they were smartly dressed, polite and always easily approachable there is plenty of seating and without the feel of being crammed in, I would 100% recommend to anyone who hasn’t been or tried these desserts and also liked the way you cater for everyone.

We attended the VIP event this morning, a very chic classy venue in a lovely location and a beautiful building.

Staff we're pleasantly brilliant and smart, freshly made hot waffles (my favourite all time), spoilt for choice of desserts, shakes and hot drinks.

Loved it.

Visited today after weeks of anticipation with uni friends. Great location and beautiful decor. Love the luxury feel. Above all, the desserts were freshly prepared and looked and tasted great....5 out of 5 from me and all my friends. Can’t be compared to any other dessert places in Loughborough. We will be visiting regularly as there is so much on the menu to try!!

Visited this afternoon with my 2 children under 4. The customer service was amazing! Desserts freshly made and beautifully presented. We had the "perfect dream" and an "I'll have what she's having" with the summer mojito and Belgian luxury mocha... will definitely re-visit with the children as they felt so welcomed and actually finished their desserts!

Me and my family attended the VIP event this morning, what a lovely atmosphere, lovely place, friendly and smiling staff.. I really enjoyed the waffle, and tried a little of the cookie dough, it was amazing... definitely going to come back.

I went with my little boy today. We were served very quickly by friendly and efficient staff.It was our first visit and our waitress gave us ample time to look through the menu and make our choices without being rushed. My little boy had the classic crushed lemonade and strawberries with chocolate sauce and mint choc chip ice cream.I had a strawberry colada and a classic mint mojito and a strawberry surprise Sunday. We will be back soon for another visit.

Don’t believe any reviews below 5 star!!! The management and staff at Heavenly Desserts are trying really hard to manage customer expectations in every way possible. We want on the opening weekend as family and friends in a group of 14. We were greeted at the door and given a few tables in the VIP room. Our host Meghan was superb, talked us through the menu and took our orders professionally. We started with hot and cold drinks as we were told that the deserts would take a little longer than normal as they were really busy considering they have just opened.

It’s not fair to expect freshly made desserts without waiting especially if they are really busy.

The ambiance of the restaurant with soft music in the background was very comfortable and all the family members and kids had no issue waiting.

The desserts looked and tasted great so thank you to a Heavenly Desserts for a 5 star customer experience and coming to Loughborough!

Dont believe any reviews below a 5*. Had my first visit today and it was perfect. The environment is lovely and quality. The desserts are of a high quality and thr perfect quantity. The pricing is good considering the gelato is included in the price and for the venue and food, is about right. Only worry is you wont have enough seats to get everyone in. My tip Brownie Explosion.

Amazing food and outstanding staff.. everyone was friendly and had a welcoming smile.. my children were well excited and not afraid to tell the staff what they wanted.. atmosphere was brilliant, by far the best environment to have for a dessert place.. Will definitely be going there again..

Amazing deserts and service! Table of five and ordered five deserts wow they were amazing but could of had three between us they were huge , they have boxes to take away any leftovers. Definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic, super quick service staff were all really friendly and kept on top of the cleaning which is really good see. The food is amazing I had the Obsession crêpe and it was perfect can not fault it at all will definitely be coming back ��

Was a bit worried going there as I am a big fan of Heavenly Desserts in Leicester and had some bad experience at both Birmingham and Nottingham branch.



This place turned out to be actually very good. Nice decor, quick service, staff were very attentive even though we came late at night, tasty desserts and very high level of cleanliness including toilets which is unfortunately not always the case in the restaurants even in the upscale ones.



Waffles somehow seems to be crisper than at Leicester, I know it sounds strange as it is or supposed to be the same recipe, just personal impression from both myself and my missus.



We will definitely be coming back and will recommend to anyone.

5 stars! The best desserts I have had with my family and friends. Great venue, great decor, great ambience and exceptional desserts. The whole experience was 5 stars. The menu has a lot of choices of desserts and drinks. The crepes and waffles were freshly prepared, tasted great and looked amazing. We enjoyed a great selection of milkshakes and mocktails whilst we waited for our desserts. Outstanding customer service and overall a memorable experience!! We will definitely be going again as it's so close to Nando's and the cinema.

Took my partner this afternoon and although the desserts were delicious the service was very poor and painfully slow! I put this down to there being only two members of staff ...... we watched at least one couple give up waiting and leave when we were there.

I had the ‘My first time’ waffle today and was shocked to see it coming out of a plastic packet and not made fresh. It was also very lacking in sauce which made it dry.



My friend had the cookie dough which I tried and that was fantastic. The staff and the service was great and I can’t fault that but I was disappointed with the dessert that I ordered. Had it of been a freshly made waffle with plenty of sauce it would of been a 5*

Yesterday we been there in a group of 5, honestly, the service was ridiculous, everything comes wrong, cookie for my daughter comes uncooked at all, we also had a founde for 4 (that cost 30 pounds), and when arriving in the table, after 25 minutes, was ridiculous portion for 4 people, if you offer a deal for 4 people is not fair comes food for 2... Also the drinks arrived 12 minutes after the food, i mean, honestly, expend 45 pounds for absolutely disgusting service and horrible food. After I've been complained the "manager" that is young like a student, give me a 20% off voucher, but i don't want to use that cause I'll never go back to the stupid place. Dolcino's gelateria is so much better.

Went today with my partner.. thought it was shocking tbh.. orderd a waffle for my self and a sundae for my partner we stated we didn’t want whipped cream on the sundae.. my waffle come out first but no sign of the sundae my partner went to the counter to tell them eventually it come out and they put whipped cream on it they must have forgotten then realised and you could see where they had got a cloth and wiped around the glass to get rid of the whipped cream.. service slow and rubbish wouldn’t rate here.

I never write reviews but went in today with the family us and a group of 5 were the only ones there it took 20mins to get our drinks nothing special just soft drinks even longer for ice cream then my partner had hair running through her dessert £45 for this service is disgusting don’t bother waste of money and time
