We purchased a personalised elephant for a newborn. I ordered it Sunday and it arrived Wednesday! So fast for a personalised item! It's brilliant quality, the words are actually stitched in not stuck on like other companies. I also made a slight error on the text I put, so I messaged them and they sorted it no problem, where you would usually not be able to do this. Will be buying from them again.
