Hebden Counselling

My counselling practice offers a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can work towards goals of self actualisation, growth and self-acceptance.

Sessions are a pluralistic person-centred approach, meaning they are focused on and directed by you, the client. During each session, I work alongside you with an empathic, congruent and understanding mind, facilitating your journey of self exploration and building self understanding, self awareness and self confidence.
Your introductory session is free, and will allow us to determine the focus and goal of our sessions, discuss the contract between ourselves and determine the cost.

I recommend that clients commit to a weekly appointment in order to gain the full benefit of therapeutic counselling. However, alternative arrangements can be made if necessary. Your course will last for as long as you need.

I currently base my practice at Hebden Bridge Therapy Centre, but am able to work in a number of locations including Halifax, Huddersfield, Rochdale, Burnley and the surrounding areas, depending upon my
clients needs
