Through our partnership with Radio 4’s Food and Farming Award winners Edge & Sons, we’re able to exclusively source from a handful of small farms in and around the Wirral. All of our farmers rear traditional breeds, including some of Britain’s rarest, with minimal intervention.

Slow growing animals, foraged diets, dry-aging and passion from field to block make for a product we’re proud to say is the best.
