Job Vacancy - feel free to share: We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work in our Goods Handling department. You will need to be hard working, flexible and able to deal with the demands of delivering stock in a busy bookshop.
As the role will involve delivering books to local customers in the shop van, you will also need a clean driving licence.
This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) but we will consider splitting the role if suitable candidates... apply.

We pitched up at a board game event and it was excellent. We're not locals and Everyone was very welcoming. Some good games that we ended up buying at a discount.

We also ordered a DD book on their online website and the customer service was brilliant (thank you Joan) after I was not in to collect the Rec delivery parcel. We will definitely be back and use Blackwells /Heffers again in the future. Thank you

Trip down Memory Lane..remember buying the first book for my History degree here back in 1991. A Cambridge institution and rightly so.

Fantastic book shop with huge games dept, music dept, medical dept where you can purchase a cuddly soft toy Black Death or STD for the ones you �!

Discovered this fantastic book shop while on a day trip to Cambridge with a friend. I can't wait to come back and visit again. The layout was fantastic and the whole store is well laid out. This is now my favourite shop in the whole of Cambridge!

Could not find my way around here but staff was friendly and helpful. Had a better experience at Topping & Company in Let.
