From time to time, many of us need help overcoming life's challenges. I can help you manage anxiety, depression, boost your confidence and better understand relationship or family difficulties. Whatever your needs, I am here to help.
I am a qualified, experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist and work with individuals and couples.
I offer a Humanistic approach that is caring, respectful and non-judgemental. I work with you to explore your feelings, talk through your problems and find solutions. I draw upon a range of therapy models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), tailored to your individual
needs.
