This is insane! Where has the time gone ­¤śŖ IŌĆÖm feeling emotional, happy,blessed ,soppy­¤ÖÅ­¤Å╗­¤śŖ A huge thank you to all my amazing customers old and new for their huge support­¤śś love my regular staff who are on holiday, love my covering staff who have been my little ­¤ść­¤śś­¤śś­¤śś......I will be serving pimms to my customer, until it rubs out!!!! As a little celebration.....of 2yrars!!!! Went to lunch there last week with my wife and it was excellent. Had a Meze and everything was home made and fresh. Well worth waiting a long time for a table and Helen was very busy without seeming to be stressed. Looks like we'll be regulars there.

Went to Helens today for my friend's 90th we were overwhelmed with the service and the food is to die for had a really great time thank you will use this place again soon thanks for making a day a special one

We popped in for some lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was great starting with a wonderful smile from the owner!



The food was authentic and delicious ÔøΩ followed by some mamas home baked ÔøΩ!!



Great value and a lovely experience ! I would definitely recommend !!

We just had the best time with super service from Helen and her daughter. The food was home made and when my son said that he loved the Oreo milkshake Made from scratch more than his Sister!! Lol that says it all. This is one hell of a local business, which will be one huge success in my home town of Chingford. Great Prices along with delicious food and a smile x See you all very soon

We held the reception for our sons Christening here on Sunday. Helen and her daughters were excellent from start to finish, and put on a fantastic spread for us and all our guests.



We all left very happy and full. Whether it's just for coffee, or for a special event, I couldn't recommend Helen's Coffee on the Green any higher!

This is a fabulous place - have eaten in here many times with my 3 daughters - great selection of wonderful food and the staff are super friendly. A big plus for us is they also do gluten free food and are very knowledgable - highly recommend!

Staff are lovely and very attentive food is delicious,meze is wonderful,beef brisket is to die for, have been a few times and have taken my aunt who is a bit fussy she had a ham and tomato sand but she gave it 10/10 as ham was lovely not that cheap stuff u get in some establishments. Well done helens coffee keep up the good work

Just had the most yummy lunch. We had today's special - avocado and fried egg on toast. Also sampled the Luxury hot chocolate which was absolutely delicious. Really friendly service in lovely surroundings. Highly recommended. X

Just had the Greek ciabatta with oregano and was fantastic!

Also the Dandelion and burdock drink was lovely.



Really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the ideal place for me to relax for my lunch break.

I would like to thank the lovely lady at Helen’s who helped my Nan today after getting on the wrong bus and subsequently getting lost.

Welcomed her inside just as she was closing, gave her a coffee and called a taxi to get her home.

Nan’s so appreciative and I’ve been told to take her back for a more relaxed coffee one day! It will be a pleasure.

I visited Helen’s cafe today for breakfast, the customer service was great and ran by a genuinely friendly family. The food was also great I ordered advocado, scrambled egg, tomato and rocket on toast. The cafe itself is decorated really nicely and has a genuine family feel! I would highly recommend and will be going back to try out something else on the menu � x

I love this place. Everything I have tried has been lovely. It is always welcoming with friendly service. Highly recommended. Much better than a chain coffee shop. All ages are catered for, lots of toys for young children in the back area, inside seating, outdoor seating at the front. Great place for a catch up with family or friends. Try it out.

I have visited with friends and my husband, relaxing vibe and great coffee. I have also hired the venue for a lunch gathering, brilliant food and service!

I defy you to try the Avocado Crush and not love it. Yummy!!

We held a 50th birthday gathering there for my husband and it was beyond perfect for entertaining the family spanning 4 generations.

The place is beautiful, the food and coffee is delicious, ideal location and the service is second to none. A real gem of Station Road ÔøΩ

Helen is an amazing host, her attention to detail is amazing and it shows in her food, Helen has a passion and love for food! If you haven't tried Helens coffee on the green you are really missing out! ❤️

Had breakfast this morning, yummy breakfast and friendly helpful staff will definitely be visiting again. The perfect start to my Mother’s Day �

Had a lovely hot chocolate and delicious biscuits. Food looked great. Fantastic large kids area at the back with toys and room for buggies. Large changing table in toilets. Super friendly owner and staff including helping me out with the buggy. Some nice handmade bits for sale too. Have been back already and will be returning again soon! Thanks Helen!

Can't rave about this place enough. Friendly staff, lovely food, good coffee and lovely service. Nice atmosphere in this little independent. The biscuits were to die for!!!



UPDATE: I've recently gone gluten-free and find while larger cafes etc don't cater well to gluten-free peeps, Helen does! Gluten free bread so I can have my favourites without worrying! ÔøΩ

After eating amazing breakfasts here on a few occasions, I asked Helen if she would kindly donate a gift voucher as a prize for my charity fundraising night, It was no trouble for her and was swiftly arranged.

Thank you so much Helen your generosity was very much appreciated and we raised over £1200 on the night. X x. X

A great place to get away and daydream...

Nice atmosphere and clean. Friendly service. Wonderful playroom for children. But the quality of the coffee was disappointing for the price charged.. I don't know if it's the type of coffee or the machine or the way it's made but I've had better coffee for less price elsewhere. We didn't have food so I can't comment on that but it looked good. I would go back though for the playroom and the cleanliness and would like to try the food but it's not a place I'd choose to have a good coffee.

Had a fab brunch here with our 10 month old daughter (first meal out that she's been able to join in too üòä). Thanks for being baby friendly üòä x
