I cured the pork for 24 hours in aromatic spice rub then put into the sous vide for 24 hours.
... Note-make sure to wash off the rub otherwise very salty pork.

To make this cake vegan swap the egg for soaked chia seeds. I used brown sugar, sugar replacement you could use agave syrup, honey ‘not vegan’, coconut sugar or maple syrup.
