Helicentre Pleasure Flights

Booked an 8 mile circuit via Wowcher to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. Sent several emails to the Gemma @ email address for clarification of booking. Had no reply. When I rung to check I was told to pay an additional £10. Both Turned up excited only to be half greeted by a very miserable chap with a South African accent.
The office is lovely, had a safety video, standard then jumped in helicopter and was greeted by a bubbly Scottish pilot who was chatty, showed us where we were and where we're flying over and even congratulated us. Landed and met by the misery. Taken back to the office and had a moment of silence and blank stairing from the chap. No drink was offered. No thank you and come again, and no nothing only awkwardness. We checked the following day with Gemma about the drinks that should have been included, she confirmed a variety of drinks and apologised for our poor office experience.
