So December was our busiest yet over the 15 years we’ve been here. Had to get all hands to the Dec, including my gran!!! It really has been a blast with you crazy customers.... so many regulars of mine that we have such a laugh with. Hers some of the crazy days in December and laughed the whole way through it. Blimey glad today’s done.... and this weather make balloon life hard 🤣❄️😍

We used this family run business when we launched our own local business in Keighley. The service was excellent and the balloons were a perfect match for our branding. Our launch day went better than ever and our external and internal balloon display still had people talking about it now! Thank you very much we certainly would use them again and have for our little girl around Xmas!

This is my second order from helium and they have never disappointed. Had some for a party a couple of years ago and just got a custom balloon for my niece’s first birthday. Balloons are fab quality and last ages. Will keep coming back for more orders I am sure!

I’ve used helium a few times over the years but this time deserved a review. I bought a standing balloon on 12th August and it was lovely. It was also still up for 5 weeks!!! Well worth the money in my opinion and everyone loved it too!!

I got some clusters and a giant 50 for my mums surprise party! They were fab! The foil 50 lasted weeks and you were so helpful with colours and advice thank you!! Nothing was too much trouble and even when I turned up and hour early to collect you made the balloons up straight away! �� thanks so much you made what was a stressful day a lot easier!!! I always buy both my daughters birthday balloons from Helium and have done for the past 9 years, not just for birthdays but we’ve also bought Christening balloons as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. Friendly service and high quality balloons. I have just bought balloons for my daughters 5th birthday today and I know the balloons will last for weeks so worth every penny. Thank you again for the lovely balloons.

Got some balloons for my grandma's 100th birthday. They looked fabulous and really brightened up the room. Helium were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them highly :-)

Fantastic products and fantastic service! I contacted the shop asking about Frozen balloons on Facebook. They were extremely helpful and accommodating at the last minute. No pressure to buy or sell me the most expensive thing. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent shop. Incredibly helpful when I enquired about products on fairly short notice. On picking up my items, I'd never seen so many different types of helium balloons and party items to suit all occasions. I'll definitely be back here for future events and parties.

Absolutely love coming here for balloons. I've literally bought hundreds over the years and had hundreds sent to me too! The girls bought me my baby shower balloon from here (same as the baby ones pictured), it's been home two weeks and it's still going strong! Couldn't recommend it any more, I'd never go elsewhere! ☺️

Ordered 8x table centrepiece balloons and 1x entrance display totalling £105 for a baby shower . Two of the table centrepiece balloons had deflated as soon as we took them out of the black bags 20mins after picking them up . Telephoned shop which had closed left a message on mobile number shown in website . No response z telephoned shop today to say they could refund me price of two balloons that had deflated �. Ruined the symmetry of the room at the baby shower as we had to cut deflated balloons off . Beautiful balloons � but customer service is shocking . Won’t be using again
