Went to hello baby yesterday at 14 weeks to find out the gender off my first baby. All the family decided they wanted to see our little one for the first time themselves! Ended up being around 19-20 people in the room and Katie was amazing she didn't moan once that all the kids where their, she was very professional & has great customer service. She even showed us our baby 4D for us which was a excellent experience!! Will be coming back 1000% and some off our family members will be attending with their little ones. Thank you so much hello baby for making me so comfortable &I waiting for our little girl too uncross her legs!! Excellent service & staff receptionist was lovely too. Thank you again!! We visited Hello Baby yesterday for our 2D Gender scan at 14 weeks 5 days. We had such a delightful experience and the lovely Katie who scanned us was absolutely fabulous and so friendly. It didn‚Äôt feel rushed, and we were so happy with our gender reveal confetti cannon!! I would 100% recommend! Thank you so much! ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

I had an early reassurance scan here and I can honestly say they made me feel so at ease and calmed my nerves from the moment I entered the shop. Everything was explained to me in detail and the girls were fabulous, I couldn't recommend them enough ÔŅĹ

I came to hello baby for both pregnancies and had the most amazing experience both times. I was 17 weeks for my first and 15 for my second. Even though i went two weeks earlier the second time Katie was able to tell us gender both times! Definitely recommend to others. I am from north wales and whenever anyone has asked where i went for my scans i always tell them to go to hello baby!

I came to hello baby for a scan earlier in my pregnancy, found the place really nicely set up and the staff so welcoming. They took their time allowing us to see baby and explained everything, and although it was still slightly early to tell, they told me they thought baby was going to be a girl... I later found out she was! Lovely friendly people, customer service is excellent. Good prices for a good quality scan, can‚Äôt recommend enough!!ÔŅĹÔŅĹ xxx

I came here to find out the gender of my second when I was 14 weeks, they was lovely girls and even wrote the gender down in a well sealed envelope so we could all find out together later on at a reveal party! It took a couple of seconds to find the gender we couldn‚Äôt believe how fast she could tell! I will definitely be coming back to see my little girl again and this time her excited big brother will be coming too ÔŅĹÔŅĹ

I came here just short of 15 weeks for my 3d sexing scan, and the ladies were so lovely! Katie was able to tell straight away what the baby was and after having 2 boys already, it felt she was just as happy for us that this one was a girl! We also got to hear the heartbeat for the first time, and after my little miss wouldnt move from being upside down, she sent us for a walk and let us come back, even though they were getting really busy at that point. Thankyou so much! we will definitely be coming back. I couldn't recommend this place enough xx

I came here at 15 + 4 weeks to have a gender scan.. Amazing experience would definitely recommend this place to anyone that's thinking of having a scan.. Its comfortable and relaxing. Staff are very friendly.. Especially while your being scanned they tell you things that NHS won't tell you.. Makes you feel at ease and less anxious! Thank you.. I will defiantly be returning at a later date to see baby again when he's bigger. Xx

Had my 3d gender scan here yesterday and I can not reccomend them enough the ladies where so lovely and patient it took a while for my baby to turn round and finally show her face but they where happy to wait and make sure we got the perfect pictures i can‚Äôt thank you enough and I will definitely be back soon for another scan ÔŅĹ

From booking the appointment to having it the service I received was fantastic, I had a 3D/4d scan and I booked this morning (after being let down from somewhere else) and I not expecting it to be on the same day so I was thrilled! Katie who scanned me was amazing she made me feel totally relaxed and included my boys in it all too! I‚Äôve had these scans before with my 2 boys but this was by far the best experience I‚Äôve had! Thank you so so much Katie for making my scan so special ÔŅĹ xx

Couldn‚Äôt recommend this place enough!! The girls were lovely and made you feel so comfortable. Not to mention patient too after my cheeky little girl decided first of all she didn‚Äôt want to turn around and then didn‚Äôt want to move her hands from her face ÔŅĹ they never gave up and wanted to give us the best pictures possible. Could not recommend this baby clinic more. After having a shock of finding out I was pregnant in March, myself and my partner immediately booked to come here for an early scan. We were not disappointed. They reassured me that everything was fine and I found out that I was 7 weeks pregnant! Booked my gender scan for in 5 days time. Cannot WAIT to find out what I'm having! Thank you girls!

Can not recommend hello baby enough we arrived from Llandudno early and was still seen straight away the staff are so friendly and made us feel so welcome I was able to have my partner and 9 year old boy in the room to I have a gender reveal scan @14 weeks and got the balloon best thing we did and found out we are having a girl ÔŅĹÔŅĹ absolutely over the moon we will be back for a 29 week scan to thanks ladies see you soon xxxx

Came to hello baby for a first early pregnancy scan for an amazing Mother's Day, I then also came for my gender scan at 13+6 weeks to which I was limited on a day/time I could do it due to going on holiday/working, even though the website said it was fully booked I phoned up and they still managed to fit me in no problem(how amazing) I then came back for a 4D scan a few weeks ago at 25 weeks (which they was able to fit me in even though I phoned that same day!!) and we would love to come back for another 4D scan again at 30 weeks to see how much he has grown and to take our parents! We always walk away with amazing pictures as the sonographer really does know what she is doing and takes her time to get the best images for you, it really is an all round wonderful, relaxing experience every time we go which is the reason I wouldn't go anywhere else, Thankyou for making our first pregnancy so fun, you're doing an amazing jobÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Came to Katie during my first pregnancy for an early gender and 4D scan. She was absolutely amazing, the environment was so relaxing and they welcome each and everyone one of my big family, so much so we returned last week for an early gender scan at 15 weeks. Again we were not disappointed, Katie was able to capture some beautiful 3D pictures and I was able to hear my little girls heart beat for the first time ÔŅĹ, can‚Äôt wait to return for my 4D scan!!!

Came here at 15 weeks to find out we were having a girl and then we came back at 23 weeks pregnant as we found out our baby girl has encephalocele we wanted as many scans as we could as we didn’t no what the outcome of our baby girl would be I wouldn’t go any other scan place than here they make you feel so welcome and relaxed we even travel from Crewe to here I’m now 32 weeks pregnant and excited to see our baby girl but would highly recommend hello baby to any thinking of getting a private scan done xx

I had a 14 week gender scan which was 100% accurate, it was completely obvious as to what the gender of my baby is. Today I had an NHS appointment which confirmed the gender was correct even though I had no doubts as Katie shown us and she was completely certain.



I would recommend getting a gender scan this early if you cannot wait, I was a little worried at first but it turns out there isn't anything to worry about!



The reason why I haven't done a full 5 stars in because from start to finish the scan lasted around 2 minutes, it was filmed so we do know how little time was spent in the room and as soon as we found out the gender the scan ended.



I do understand that on this day there were a few tricky babies before us and they were sent out to walk about etc so of course the scans got a little backed up but I presumed the scan was meant to be a little longer.



I would use this service again because the pricing is fair, the staff are nice and the quality of the scans and pictures are fantastic, I would just recommend making sure everyone has a fair amount of time.

Was rushed in and out like others have said on review wasn’t happy at all with how much u pay to be in less than 5 minutes the two pictures I got one of baby and one of potty shot couldn’t make out anything on it.. complained and was offered a re scan with in 7 days of my previous scan which I couldn’t as it’s over hour drive away and was working all week..
