**To all our lovely clients** lately we have had last minute cancellations and no shows. Now holiday season is fast approaching we are already getting extremely busy. We kindly ask for a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. We do understand that certain circumstances cannot be helped. However when last minute cancellations occur we can't always fill your spot resulting in other clients missing out which effectively results in our therapists losing... money as they are self employed 💕Also if you are running late please let us know as you can understand this then sets us back for the rest of the day and makes us late for our next client.
