How does it work?

As Integrative counsellors we combine Multi-Cultural, Spiritual, Humanistic and Psychodynamic Approaches - as client and counsellor we work together in a wholistic, balanced way. We firmly believe that everyone is born with the innate abilities to find the answers to their own inner questions. Our role is to help you help yourself by offering support, to facilitate self-understanding, growth and development. We are about promoting healing and damage recovery, by nurturing and empowering you to make the choices that best suit you to cope with all difficult situations past and present.

We are available to see clients anywhere in the London area, but we are open to clients from around the globe. You are welcome to contact us by telephone or email to discuss your situation, or to set up an initial appointment. All communications between us are confidential, and we will reply to all messages promptly.

We offer clients individual 50-minute face-to-face Skype or Phone counselling sessions weekly, or however needed. The first session will be to discuss what you want to gain from counselling and to agree to either a short-term, or a more open-ended arrangement. Everything we discuss will be confidential unless you intend to fatally harm or have harmed someone one.
