Welcome to my official HELZBELZ Facebook page
I am a professional trained dancer from the Italia Conti Academy Of Performing Arts and has been teaching all ages for children & adults since 2000.
Don't get me wrong, i still love to perform on stage but have found that I get an even bigger buzz from teaching, inspiring or just building someone's confidence through dance!
There's loads of things I can offer, whether its your
* looking to give your child an unforgettable birthday party and I teach them a fun, hip and cool dance routine of their choice
* Let me choreograph your unique wedding dance on your special day that you and your guests will never forget!
* don't fancy going to a dance studio. . . so let me bring the dance studio to you, in
the comfort of your own home and teach you all a fun dance routine of your choice ( great idea for a hen do or birthday surprise! )
* thinking of ideas what to do for your work staff party or team building motivational day. . .come and meet me in a dance studio and learn a full dance routine of all your favourite songs in one medley
* trying to think of that special, different and unique birthday, wedding or Christmas present to give that is thoughtful but don't have the time!
Let me create a movie montage that they can watch and treasure forever.
All you have to do is send me all the images you want in it and a song choice and ill do all the rest!

Great teaching , easy to follow and great result .
Just the best dance class I've EVER EVER been.... She's so understanding of everybody's abilities and fitness, she makes it very clear when showing the moves and the music is always mixed with other songs which make it exciting to listen to!!!!
I would def recommend everyone to try it..... Don't worry if you don't think your good enough or not fit enough.... GO AND TRY IT OUT!!! As once you go once yourll always go back n back!!!! Xxxx
If u want an hour with some fun ladies strutting your stuff give up an hour every thursday 8-9 u won't regret it. SUCH FUN
First timer tonight, loved it, what fun everyone seemed to have. Helz is a great vibrant full of fun person who makes everything look easy. Definitely will be there next week. Sharon x

Amazing dance classes. My daughter absolutely loves Helen’s dance classes. It has given her so much confidence and she comes away buzzing and so happy. Thank you Helen for making the kids feel so motivated.
Amazing dance class. Really good fun & if i can learn a routine so can anyone! Helen breaks the moves down to make it easy, love it. Will be returning in the new year xx
