Hemsworth Water Park And Playworld

Me and my son visit here often. We walk from Fitzwilliam. The food in the cafe is a good price and really nice too. The soft play area is £1 per child to play. Cheaper than most and my son loves it. We visit at least once per week.

Staple good local place to visit. Council run. Bouncy castle and peddle boats £1pp.

Very nice place for hot sunny day. You can take a sunbathing,swim or rent a pedal boat.Good for a picnic . There is a cafe and ice cream shop,but not a big choice of them. Parking is quite cheap. There is children playground and just nice places for a walk

Really good play area for all ages. £3 to park. £3 per child well worth it as you can come and go (keep your ticket) plenty to do. Bring a picnic and you can be here all day. Fantastic place.

Clean 'beach' area for the children to play on, a free play area to play on. Also an outdoor play area that charges £3 per child, the slide in there is fabulous, a small indoor soft play perfect for rainy weather that costs £1, pedalo hire and a bouncy castle that costs £1 for ten minutes. The cafe is very reasonably priced, good tea, coffee and hot chocolate, as well as chips, sandwiches, children's meals, etc. All is cooked fresh to order, so there is a small wait even on quiet days, but it is worth it.

Good day out for the kids. The Playworld is good and don't mind paying a little to get in as it's well maintained. Good for a couple of hours for the kids. Lake is also nice for a stroll round.

I love to have walk there at any time of the year.

What a great place for the kids. offers a park,which is chargeable. Kids can play in the water. This place is made for summer days

The place, i imagine, was originally created quite nice. But there are people walking round with dogs off the lead, when it explicitly says no dogs allowed in certain areas. The large lake was teaming with kids with disregard for any of the signage. There is a strong aroma of weed everywhere in the park. The cafe looks nice but due to the area where the park is located it was full of undesirables. About half of the play area equipment was broken. To top it off they have the gaul to charge you £3 to park. I'll never go here again!
